Custom & Moore assured us that by the time they were finished we wouldn't even know they'd been there. That's a mighty promise but I must say, they did an outstanding job and when they left our yard was spotless. Some key points that warranted a 5-Star review: they came in a timely manner to give us our estimate. They showed up on time and when they said they would, and when a tree limb broke a wire leading to the house they promptly called to have it fixed. We've dealt with several tree companies in the area and none of them compare with this company. Highly recommended.

Technicians then went to get their chipper truck and returned in 10 minutes and disposed of the tree limb in less than 30 minutes. They left no marks in the lawn and cleaned up any mess. The manager/business owner is very unprofessional. Didn't want to talk to me because he thought I was a woman so I went ahead and filed with a Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with the police department. However, they informed me that I would need to wait six weeks before they could get to it. On the scheduled date, they failed to appear. They promised to come early the next morning, but changed their plans again. Eventually, they told me I would be the next one they could service, but I never heard back from them. After waiting two months without any progress, I called another company. I'm writing this because I just received a text asking for a review. Seriously, what a joke of a company.

There had been repairs made to this wall 4-5 years ago, but it was deteriorating and the longer we waited, the more damage there would be. I contacted Lamar about giving us a quote and he came out later than day. He was one of the few people that called us back after reaching out to 5-6 different businesses. He always answered his phone and communicated throughout the entire process. I am happy with the work that was completed this spring, and hopefully, this will give us many more years before we have to spend this kind of money for repair.

Total cost was well over $1000. In order to get a bobcat into the backyard the fence was dismantled. When it came time to list the house the lawn looked worse than it originally did despite watering regularly. Not only did grass not grow, weeds grew rampant. It turned my yard into a mud pit and weed field. Don't trust me trust the attached pics. I called, texted Paul on multiple occasions to reinstall the fence he removed and asked him to resolve the lawn and weed issues. When he finally called back I was told that the grass seed only works 60% of the time. This information would have been useful before I spent $1000 to ruin my lawn and fence. Paul never fixed the issues, never warrantied his work and never called me back despite leaving multiple voicemails and texts requesting follow up. I ended up giving the buyers of the house a $1k credit and told them not to use this company. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Don't waste $2k like I did.
