I called early Wednesday morning and was told they would be in my area Thursday and take care of it. No show or call on Thursday. I had to leave a voicemail message at 11:45 AM asking for an update status. No return call on Thursday or Friday. As a sales manager my customer service people were to give customers a prompt answer to requests and to be honest wether the answer was what the custome wanted to hear or not. The customer needs to know what is happening in order to plan.

They have had their…read morebucket truck parked on the street in front of our mailbox (and another neighbor's) for almost a week now, and the person who delivers our mail has stopped doing so until they move their truck. Calls to the company have so far gone unanswered. Personally, I would never hire them strictly based on that. It seems unprofessional to leave equipment at a job site, spefically a bucket truck blocking access to neighbor's mailboxes.

So last March, 2018, I called him to give me his price on taking down a tree. . .took him a couple weeks to get me his price, which was very reasonable, so I set it up with him to take it down. I told him I was not in any hurry, he could do it any time it was convenient for him, but by mid June, however, I still had not seen or heard from him, so I got in touch with him. . .long and short of it, he sent me a text to tell me he would be over the following week to take it down and that was the last time I heard from him. I sent him a text to ask if he planned on doing it or did he want me to find someone else and he never responded to that question. So, I have given up on him and can only believe he's gotten out of the tree business because his full time fireman position has taken over. A simple reply telling me to go ahead and find someone else to do the job would have been the courteous thing to do instead of leaving me hanging.
