Calls to the company have so far gone unanswered. Personally, I would never hire them strictly based on that. It seems unprofessional to leave equipment at a job site, spefically a bucket truck blocking access to neighbor's mailboxes.

I sent him a text to ask if he planned on doing it or did he want me to find someone else and he never responded to that question. So, I have given up on him and can only believe he's gotten out of the tree business because his full time fireman position has taken over. A simple reply telling me to go ahead and find someone else to do the job would have been the courteous thing to do instead of leaving me hanging.
