Some weren't tucked in at the ends leaving room for birds to nest. They also didn't install downspouts on all sides of the house. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the roofers. I assume this happens to women dealing with male contractors all the time. They assume you won't know whether a job is done correctly or not. I continued to get water on one side of the where a downspout was not installed. There's no proper drainage for the gutters and in heavy storms one drainpipe can't keep up. Get multiple quotes.

In…read moreJanuary this year, they took a tree out and cleaned up so well you would never know there was a tree there. They repeated that great work a few months later. However, we called on June 12th to have another tree knocked down for a client. They said they hoped to get to it by June 30th. It is now July 22nd. If my math is correct, that is over a month for a simple tree knockdown, no cleanup. After having to chase them down for the last 20 days, and them saying that they "forgot to schedule us" or would call us back (and did not), we have had to go with a different company. Understandably, there was a heat wave and storm that affected their schedule - not a problem when there is good (or any) communication. We are all about supporting local businesses, but being unreliable put us in a difficult position with our clients. TLDR: Great work if you can get them to site!

There are a few things that struggled after the harsh winter, but Nature's Way contacted US to get them replaced this year. The team was quick and efficient and the whole process was very easy. The blue print and ideas they presented were perfectly suited to what we were looking for and we still can't believe what a difference the investment in professional landscaping has done for our curb appeal. We were reluctant to spend what we did on landscaping, but having worked with Nature's Way over the past year, it was worth EVERY penny. They're wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.

He also seemed to not know anything about the trees he was planting which Is odd because that is his job.

Team VP did not start 2018 on a positive note. After spending two days of the holiday weekend…read moredealing with water leaking into our bathroom and then having to shut our water off and not having water for a large portion of the weekend, we struggled finding a plumber who was available to come and help us fix our problem. We called six plumbers and left messages and Lakeshore was the only company who was kind enough to actually call us back. Even though Lakeshore did not have emergency or holiday hours, they still called to let us know that they would put us on the schedule for first thing Tuesday morning, which was very kind of them because the uncertainty of not knowing was just as painful as the water that was flowing down our walls. They also told us that we should probably just turn our water back on when we needed it because our wall was going to need to be cut open anyhow. Lakeshore, as promised appeared on Tuesday morning and diagnosed the problem (which was unfortunately not a plumbing issue). The young man was polite and professional and timely. He called before he arrived and explained exactly what the problem could be. He took photos of the damage and suggested if the leak starts again to call them back. Really there was nothing anyone could do, but he was very nice about the whole debacle. We need to have three water shut off valves repaired because we discovered they no longer turn properly when we tried to turn the water off at the main and we will be calling Lakeshore back to fix them. Plumbers are expensive and fast polite service makes hiring one so much less stressful.
