Have been very impressed by their work before, but their service is unfortunately inconsistent. In January this year, they took a tree out and cleaned up so well you would never know there was a tree there. They repeated that great work a few months later. However, we called on June 12th to have another tree knocked down for a client. They said they hoped to get to it by June 30th. It is now July 22nd. If my math is correct, that is over a month for a simple tree knockdown, no cleanup. After having to chase them down for the last 20 days, and them saying that they "forgot to schedule us" or would call us back (and did not), we have had to go with a different company. Understandably, there was a heat wave and storm that affected their schedule - not a problem when there is good (or any) communication. We are all about supporting local businesses, but being unreliable put us in a difficult position with our clients. TLDR: Great work if you can get them to site! read more
