I stayed home and waited but no one came. I called repeatedly and then didn't have an answer when someone would arrive. Ultimately, someone arrived at 1:45 p.m. -- almost two hours late. Very, very unreliable. When you pay for Gold Star service, you expect Gold Star service.

This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Their complete lack of communication and incomplete work is inexcusable.
