Hello Honey Aesthetics! I had an appointment with Ven, and he explained how 'tox' would reduce my masseters and get my jaw line back to my younger age. Mind you, I'm 50, male, and didn't really care, but my wife said to just try it, so I did. Ven was very professional and patient. He answered all of my questions and actually made me feel comfortable. He explained the procedure and how many 'shots' would be needed (6 total, 3 each side in my case) He was very meticulous in designing the treatment and even said to 'clench and feel these marbles as they will be gone'...right...ok... Needless to say - HE WAS RIGHT!. It's been 4 weeks now and what a difference! Yes, I will have a follow-up and may need another round to solidify the results, but WOW! After multiple follow up calls, I was told the first visit was diagnostic so can't be billed as preventative and the second visit required another exam so wasn't considered follow up. The exam was all of 2 seconds of the Dr seeing things were worse and gave me a shot to minimize symptoms. They said I was examed again and it had to be billed as such and not a follow up. I will not be going back not only because I feel like I was unfairly charged but also because trying to get anyone on the phone was extremely difficult. I will stick with park Nicollet.

Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! They did this maybe 2-3 times after rescheduling and finally recommended I make an appointment at the maple grove location. It was frustrating they had to cancel on me the day of the appointment. One appointment I was actually naked legs down on the chair, ready for laser and that's when the tech finds out the machines not working. I feel like you should know if the machine isn't working beforehand? I tried to reschedule a few times at this location. I don't know, seemed odd to me. The esthetician that saw me was very sweet but also very disorganized. Twice she said she had filled a lidocaine prescription but it was never sent over.
