I went in to buy a jacket that my cousin purchased (see picture), SUPER CUTE! Plus, it was 70% off (WHHHAAATTTT??). I LOVE those wrap around kind of jackets that feel like you're at home curled up in a blanket, and the quality and detail of this one is AMAZING! I ended up buying the jacket plus a pair of earrings (40% off!!), mmmmm give me a good discount on quality items and I'm happy! It also happened to be my birthday two days ago, so I received a cute teal blend scarf from them with little stars on it. So, why not 5 stars, if I'm so happy? The store is small and it is hard to find things. Although their sale items are great(!), their regular pricing is a bit steep. I saw a cute long sleeved shirt for my mom( with attached scarf) but it was like $80 eeekkk. My aunt purchased a CUTE tank top for about $50 (it is super cute, and has a great feel to it, with the top being made of a cute lace and it can be worn two ways, but still....) I understand quality, but..... I'm more of a 'not break the bank while shopping' type of person. Also, it took a while to get out of there. There was only one other person in the store, but it seemed that the attendant was more focused on finding her pants (or whatever she was trying on) than she was of giving equal customer service to my mom and myself. I was treated with open disrespect from the moment I walked in…read more Instead of helping, the person working there stayed on the phone, used profanity, accused me of things without cause, and made it very clear my business was not wanted. I was made to feel unwelcome, judged, and humiliated. No customer should be treated that way. Based on how I was treated, I believe this may be discrimination in a business open to the public. Idaho treats that as a public-accommodation issue. The Idaho Human Rights Commission says businesses open to the public cannot deny the full and equal enjoyment of goods and services on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, religion, or disability. The IHRC also says initial inquiries are confidential, it conducts a neutral fact-finding investigation, and an administrative complaint must be filed before a discrimination lawsuit can be brought in Idaho. Because the IHRC warns that cases are harder to investigate when discussed publicly, I will leave the remaining details for the formal complaint process. The legal/process language in this version tracks the IHRC's public-accommodation and complaint guidance. This was degrading, hostile, and completely unacceptable, and I will be pursuing the proper channels
