I ordered boots online as they said their boots are very comfy. I wore it for 5 hours inside the office only and my feet were sore that i can hardly walk. They are very hard and not comfy at all. I contacted them and wanted to return and told them i am willing to pay for my own return shipping but they said that since it was discounted item, then it is a final sale. Owner Deanna was very rude and talks too much. I contacted paypal and asked for help. Deanna said that i am fraudulent for making fake claims from paypal. I claimed "item not as described" which is true as they said their boots were comfy while I don't find them comfy at all. After contacting paypal, Deanna asked me to ship back the item to them with a very long and rude email. Will be the 1st and last purchase. I just received a pair of winter boots via Canada Post. They are gorgeous boots, perfect fit HOWEVER they are lined with wool to which I'm severely allergic. I had no idea when I ordered (I didn't find a description anyway) that this was how they were constructed otherwise I would certainly not have ordered them. So I'm stuck with a pair of boots I cannot wear. I'm not impressed. read more

My wife and I visited this store on boxing day (2019).My wife purchased an expensive pair of shoes only to find out when we arrived at home to see that the shoes did not match.We took them back the next day only to receive hostility from the staff and in particular the owner (blond woman).The store took the shoes back but not without saying that the mismatched shoes were our fault for not noticing they didn't match.We at first swallowed their terrible customer service and my wife choose a more expensive pair of shoes.At that point we then asked for a slight discount due to the stores under handed switch up of the shoes and then suggesting it was our fault.The old gray haired woman at the till told us we would have to talk with the owner,sure we said knowing we were in the right and shoes for the soul was completely at fault.The owner came out and basically laughed at us for asking if a discount could be added.At that point my wife asked for her cash back since we paid cash.The owner refused to pay us cash and said she would write us a cheque.We didn't accept this and again asked for our cash back since we both knew at this point we wound never step foot in this store again.The owner gave us a snootie response and said to come back later in the day.We didnt accept this also and at that point I got involved and backed my wife up.The owner then went to her office and came back with cash and we then left the store.So to wrap this up please be aware of this store and watch the shoes they put in the box for you,we believe because we were not from the area shoes for the soul was trying to get rid of mis matched shoes and tried to pawn them off on us..Be extremely careful when in this store.This is our personal interaction with this store and our belief as to what transpired in regards to our experience. read more

I would give a Negative star if I could. HORRIBLE place. Horrible Customer service on numerous occasions. Extremely rude people and not willing to provide any sort of Customer service. Last Christmas I ordered boots for my Sister for Christmas morning. She opened them up only to find out that the box had the correct size as ordered however the boots inside were a completely different size all together and way too big. I contacted the store after Christmas for her only to be told very rudely and no apology offered at all, that they cannot send the right size they don't have it. No offer of exchange no next steps they expected her to keep them? (the fact they were probably sold out is understandable however I did expect some help to find a solution as it was their mistake and my Sister cannot were boots that are too big.) No offer of exchange and the expectation that if I sent them back I would pay for it. Then I order a purse from them, the strap breaks the second time I use it, I am somehow responsible to fix it and have to pay to do that or pay to send it back and not a full refund? Then I order shoes (I don't know why I tried again, third time lucky?) only to see there are two very similar pair and I have chosen the wrong one. I email and call right away within 10 minutes and tell them in writing as I cannot get hold of them by phone, that I don't have the right one ordered and was told in writing that as long as they knew by 1130, (it was 1000) that they can change it and send the right one. I let them know right away that I will cancel that one and order the other pair. I receive the wrong pair, they sent me the wrong pair even though I told them in writing it was an incorrect order and they acknowledged that they were aware of that in writing. I contact the store and want to send them back. I am quoted the return policy that I am expected to pay for sending them back. So I now pay for shoes I did not want, shipping to get to me and shipping to return them??? I am able to send them return to sender with Canada post only to have the store email me telling me that I would not be refunded the full amount and there is shipping I will have to pay and will come off of the total as well since I returned them. I emailed them to explain they were sent after I let them know in writing 10 minutes after ordering them, with acknowledgment from them of receipt of the email and direction that if I don't want them let them know by 1130, which I did in writing well before then, that they were sent anyways. So now I am refunded only a portion of what the incorrect shoes cost, plus shipping to me, shipping back and return to sender fee???? No matter what I explained, they refused to acknowledge or provide any sort of acceptable customer service even after explaining that in my three orders with them, (the only three orders that I had ever done with them) each time has been a huge frustration and expense! Save your money, time and frustration, never order from this store. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely rude people. read more
