Love this store, I have purchased several posters and items for the decor for my Airbnb. I hear from guests regularly who ask where the items are from. My most recent purchase is a rubber floor mat. That one was for me, love the colours! The store is stock full of gifts for yourself and for others. The staff are very helpful and kind, as well as super friendly. I think my next purchases will be those fantastic vintage puzzles for Xmas gifts for my best gal pals. read more

We were visiting from Calgary and picking up gifts for our teenage girl. Found this great boutique shop with the absolute best posters for her room (her oasis).The staff were on par with our needs and assisted us in picking all the right stuff and our teen was thrilled! This store has lovely items...it is too bad that their customer service is appalling. I felt I was treated like Julia Roberts' character in Pretty Woman by both the workers and especially by the owner of the store. In addition, my quiet 11 year old daughter was initially not allowed in the store but realizing no one else was there, they "allowed" her in. After I made my over $100 purchase and we left, my daughter said, "those people working there weren't very nice, we're they Mom?" I'm mad at myself for making a purchase and now when I look at the poster, I can only think of how we were judged and treated. read more

One of the loveliest and finest shops in Nelson. Thoughtfully curated with a wide and wonderful range of items for him, her and children, visiting this store is a definite must. My go to place for quality items from Lucia, Bee Brand Canvas Totes, Cavallini, Sanctuary Lavender Farms, Apothecary, Formulary 55, and Thymes. This is what happens when you read design journals and travel to interesting places and then bring home your very good ideas and put some sweat equity into a profoundly ugly pastiche of a building only to find that it was really just years of bad decisions glued over a sleeping beauty of a building. Well marketed collection of wanty things presently setting the pace of what dirty ol' Baker Street could be Constantly changing stock of tastefully vetted gifts. Nice job you guys. read more

Staff are snobs. Not helpful. Very rude. The staff act like they are better than you so you don't feel very good shopping there.
