I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.

For me, the dentist had become a place of panic. I had bad experiences with dentists who were dismissive of my concerns and impatient with my anxiety. Over the past 20 years, as a patient of Dr. Miely, all of that changed. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, because I know that Dr. Miely and his staff are invested in my comfort and my health. I have never, ever left the office without feeling like I had just spent time with friends When I made the decision to (again) get braces, Dr. Miely celebrated every step of the process with me. After one of my two jaw surgeries, he called me personally to make sure I was doing well with recovery and, as has become common, to tell me, "If you need anything, let me know." In a world where doctors seem to be chasing schedules--or have to look at charts to remind themselves why their patients are there--it is a gift to be known and valued by someone who champions my well-being. At the end of my orthodontic procedure, Dr. Miely and I discussed veneers. After seeing the first 'mock-up' of the teeth, he invited me to offer feedback, which he used to revise the plan. It was clear that the process wasn't 'routine' but that he validated my voice (as I'm sure he does with others) in the process. After the preparation for the veneers, I took a photo of the temps which I shared with my cousin (a retired dental hygienist). Her response: "That guy is a genius. If that's what the temps look like, he is an artist." The final look (see the photo, as well as the 'before' photo) reflects my finally having the teeth I've always wished to have. I never worry about my teeth--and I never worry about going to the dentist--because I know that both of these concerns have been answered by the fact that I am a patient of someone I consistently refer to as "the best dentist."

She is very willing to work around my schedule, and she has Sunday hours which is super helpful for those of us who have unpredictable work hours during the week. I do not have any complaints with my experience so far, and I will continue to see Dr. Zats as long as I live in Columbus!

The infection was severe, but she handled it with the kind of precision, patience, and compassion you rarely see anymore. She and her assistant worked in perfect sync--gentle, steady, and so kind. Every so often, one of them would softly touch my shoulder just to check that I was okay. That simple human care meant everything when I was in pain and terrified. And it didn't stop there. I received follow-up calls from both the office staff and Dr. Katya herself over the next two days to make sure I was healing well. That kind of follow-through is unheard of. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating, wait time is almost non existent, and the care is the best I have ever had!! Dr. Kear is so incredibly kind and professional. I've seen Dr. Ferguson twice in the last 6 weeks, each time to have a crown put on. Both times I…read morerequested nitrous oxide, however each time it wasn't available. However, Dr. Ferguson is so skilled and kind, that the experience was fine for me without the nitrous oxide. He knew I was anxious, and told me every step of the way what he was doing and about how far along we were. I had absolutely no pain either time. Both times the process was completed and new crown installed within about 2 hours. He also uses a special camera to create the new crown, so no goopy molds inside your mouth at all. I'm grateful and hope to continue seeing Dr. Ferguson for my dental needs.
