My husband was inquiring about the extra $1,400.00 you were telling us you were taking us to collections for if we didn't pay. I lived in this home for almost 5yrs. before I signed on with you. The only itemized bill we received was from a professional cleaner for over $500. Things only got fixed when she was ready to do so. Lost my entire security deposit because she never asked me for the house cleaning receipt. Had to break the lease early due to the ceiling caving in and feeling that the air quality was very questionable for an infant to be breathing in. When asking her to explain why I lost my entire deposit she simply stated "I don't know what to tell you." Will not be recommending her to lease from. Far too personal about who she's renting to, aside from the standard questions you should ask a renter.
