Your receptionist responded that was to cover damages previously done before we signed the lease with you. Which IS NOT YOUR CONCERN. Another reference you keep referring to. I lived in this home for almost 5yrs. before I signed on with you. The only itemized bill we received was from a professional cleaner for over $500. There was not communication attached with an invoice. Moving forward our Lawyer has advised us.
