My husband was inquiring about the extra $1,400.00 you were telling us you were taking us to collections for if we didn't pay. Your receptionist responded that was to cover damages previously done before we signed the lease with you. Which IS NOT YOUR CONCERN. Another reference you keep referring to. I lived in this home for almost 5yrs. before I signed on with you. The only itemized bill we received was from a professional cleaner for over $500. There was not communication attached with an invoice. Moving forward our Lawyer has advised us.
