We also had a return that could have easily turned into a nightmare due to the wrong item being loaded, but Cookie--and I believe Tonya or Sonya--in customer service handled it with incredible patience and care, making sure everything was done correctly. That employee's name was John. John asked us if he could help us and what we were looking for. He had this 'I am proud to be an Ace Hardware employee smile' on his face the entire time we were talking to him. My husband told me to watch "everyone in this store is so polite and helpful".
