Awful experience both times we've gone this season. We've had season passes for a long time and have always loved it, but Six Flags has ruined this place. The lines to get in have been absurdly long with zero organization. Who's terrible idea was it to take season pass holders' pictures in the actual line to get in? We also bought dining passes beforehand only to find out after waiting in line for food for 45 minutes that the dining passes aren't showing up on our cards. I just can't get over how poorly run everything has been. You could give this project to middle schoolers and they would be able to come up with better systems. read more

Disorganized, bar wait was at least 20 minutes. Prices doubled on everything ,customer service was horrible at bar bartenders didn't know what they were doing and had attitudes!! Customer service inside ice cream shop was horrible!! Not a good place what's so ever! Keep your family away!! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would make sure you don't bring anything but your membership cards and cups because broke people will steal your bags mine and my aunts was stolen my aunts was a diaper bag for her baby and all her stuff was stolen the baby had no clothes or food/formula for her mine had 2 towels and mine and my brothers member ship the park security will not look for your missing things they will just walk around and socialize.... they DONT CARE!!!! read more

My family have been going here for years... it has been very noticeable and not in a positive way the changes that have happened in this park since it has changed ownership. Sadly this will be the last year we will invest in this park. Sad to see it go so far down hill. Do not waiste your money or time going there. read more

employees have a high idgaf attitude when it comes to park guests trying to ask them something or just speak to them and the employees kind of suck when it comes to doing anything about rude people cutting lines or smoking in the park. but i still enjoy the park otherwise. so five stars i guess. read more

Just bought a season pass and regret it already. The place is dirty, the lines are painfully long for food and drink places because they only have Like 3 open places, and don't even get me started on the employees 90% of them need to be fired for treating their customers poorly. I'm mad because I just bought a platinum membership and they cannot be canceled because I would love to not return. It's so expensive to get in and the value is probably worth a good $5 read more

Was gifted 3 gold pass season passes and free parking and won't even redeem them because of how horribly reviewed this park is. It should probably raise a red flag when the business itself won't even claim this yelp page. Six Flags screws over Houston AGAIN. read more

I thought this would be a wonderful addition to the six flags family but my experience has been horrible. My family and I have had six flags season passes for years and are now considering not renewing after the rude treatment we received. read more

My friend and I got our season passes here last year with Wet N Wild and we loved it. Now that Six Flags purchased it, we've had nothing but problems. There is NO where to sit/lay out no matter how early we get there. The reserved area for the diamond members isn't worth the upgrade because most of it is covered and we prefer to lay out in the sun AND the price is too high considering there isn't another Six Flags park close enough to get the yearly use out of it. Arlington Hurricane Harbor worked out well because Over Texas was near. That is not the case for Houston and I'm frustrated this wasn't taken into consideration. Get more seating to lay out, stop building those cabanas that nobody wants to pay extra for and fix the hospitality end of the park first. Also, Wet N Wilds wristband system for season passes was 100% better. read more

literally everything here is overpriced. the three times that i have been able to visit splashtown, they have closed due to bad weather (understandable) . now they are closed because of the negligent chemical spill, so i'm obviously not getting my money's worth for my season passes. they best be offering refunds or at least free season passes for next year. not to mention the $30 cup that we purchased what a waste of money. we had family visiting and planned to go to splashtown 3 times last week and we had to find something else to do. every time we go there's an issue with the lockers too so we spend over 30 minutes fixing that when we visit. i'm honestly super disappointed. i've spent probably a total of 6 hours at the park for $50+ a piece for the season passes? that is NOT worth it at all. and on top of that the $30 cup. the $14 funnel cake is awful. the drinks, ughhh, stick to the flat soda for sure. OH and the 2/3 times that we did go, there was HUMAN FECES in the wave pool, and staff did NOTHING. yes, during a pandemic, you're swimming in peoples' CRAP and pee, which is pretty inevitable at a waterpark with children, but seeing turds in the water and used poopy diapers surrounded by cloudy water? *insert puke emoji* i honestly just want a refund but i'll gladly take season passes for next year. otherwise, i'll never be back. total waste of my summer budget, spent a shit load of money here so i could spend my summer here and that hasn't happened at all. and i'm not rich so my summer is basically over. this was my first real activity since Covid shut everything down last year. i am highly disappointed. i just want a refund read more

I went today, and I must say, base on the review I was a bit worried. The place on a sat,and kids out of school was super pack. The big rides had long lines, so we spend time on waters. There had ice for sure! Also You must pay $6 for the floats and once return you get $2back. They have remodel by adding new food, rides and decorations. Still they don't have showers only 1 by the lockers wide open no privacy. Parking is $20 and $30 for Diamond. We had passes so it free lucky! read more

We just bought annual passes and EXPENSIVE meal plans with the expectation & PROMISE of being able to use them once, before the end of the 2019 season!! Unfortunately they decided to close the park for the season, a week early with ZERO EXPLANATION!!! Clearly they don't care about their loyal customers to just frivolously shut down, without offering a make up weekend!! The weather is expected to be picture perfect this weekend!! SFHHS management, you should be ashamed of yourselves!! read more

It was a great experience my kids had a blast ages 7, 5 and 2 they love the kids area. They lines for food weren't horrible I wish the had more areas just for people to fill the cups cause that's what a lot of the people were in line for. Brook was an amazing employee she didn't wait for another person to have our food ready she step away from the register and went to do it herself. THANK YOU BROOK FOR SHOWING CUSTOMERS SERVICES AND SELF INTEGRITY. It was a great facility. read more

Will never go to this park again $20 to park... $6.00 to rent a tub that you have to keep up with. The customer service needs work... Went to Rudy's where the guys were so busy looking at their phoned it took them a minute to realize that I was standing there. Went to the ice cream shop where they had a this section closed on their door and even after mentioning it to them they are did not remove it... read more

management wasn't helpful no cameras in park or parkinglot not every ride was open and the ones that were closed mid-day overall worst six flags amusement park read more

It is truly sad to see how six flags ruined this place.rides are usually closed, lines are way to long. also they tore down the thunder run which was sad considering it was one of my favorites. they have been promoting the wahoo wave yet construction has barley started. also most of the staff are just plain rude. read more

Since they have changed to Six Flags the park has went to crap. They do not offer the same benefits as a season pass holder than it did a few years ago. Everything there is overpriced. For example, a cup with unlimited refills all season is $35, which would be worth it for one person, but how can a family afford one for each member unless your share the cup everytime (kinda gross). The staff is rude and today was horrible. They were open but yet we were still unable to get it. As hot as it was, we had to stand outside for a while until THEY decided to let us in. Mind you by this time there was a large crowd waiting to get it. They had kids and elderly people just waiting out in the sun with no explanation. I've purchased seasons passes for my family for the past 4 years and I am certainly not purchasing them for a 5th year. I figured since it was Six Flags that now owns the facility it would a better experience. I never would have thought it would be worse. read more

Horrible!!!!!! I just became an Elite member and thought my visits would be good. Wrong !!!! I just stood In line for over 15 minutes in the elite line just to be told by the cashier that she didn't have access to the register. She said I had to get in line again. I just walked out. The only other stand serving had a poor selection the cashiers reasoning was that park was not as packed as usual. We bought water shoes and a water case both tore the same day. They do not give any type of refunds so I was stuck with the damaged items. The lazy river is a joke. I had a male literally jump on top of me and push me under the water. The life guards watching the areas didn't even bother to tell the idiot anything. My nice was pushed under a tube by the same group of people. The chlorine in the lazy river is so strong that once we exited we begin to itch extremely due to the excessive use of chlorine. Hopefully the park steps up their game up. Soon!!!!!!! read more
