Brand New Hookah Spot in Falls Church. Grand Opening in slated to be on December 2020! Hard to locate but it's on Lee Hwy, right behind Victor's Grill + El Tio. Big Warehouse turning into a Spacious Turkish Restaurant and lounge known for their infamous Turkish Breakfast on the weekends. First impression is nice with warehouse style high ceiling, therefore not to smoky and great air flow. Lighting and ambience matching coherently with decoration and floor plan. Since their ceiling is high with open space.. it gets little loud at times and nothing to absorb the sounds carried by guests. Hoping they decide to add Sound proofing materials as it will help to dilute the travelling sounds all over the lounge. Came here Saturday night and it was decent packed. I tried their Turkish Brand Hookah and it was really good and smooth. Highly recommend if anyone want to try something else other then Starbuzz & Alfakher brands. Haven't tired the food yet but heard nothing but the best about it. Hoping to come back after Grand Opening while they are100% functioning with full menu and more design work to be finish as well. Everything was great expect they only had one server working the entire place and poor girl couldn't keep up trying to attend to everyone's needs. However once you got her attention, she went above and beyond to take care with best of her ability. Hoping they would add more staff down the line for speedy service. Regardless, will definitely come here again and again. Kudos to the Team for doing a great job and wish Huqqa Lounge crew nothing but the best. 5 Star Congratulations !!!

Food is expensive. It's good food here. You can do work and some some hookah with your friends.

This place needs a lot of work now. Used to be one of my favorite but now it feels like they have no clue what they are doing. Food is still good but the service is horrible. Only 2 servers for 100+ people. Slowest service. I think we will have to give them sometime to get back on their feet. Also please train your servers. Have them work at an American restaurant for a day or two so they can learn how to serve here. Seems like they have no idea how to run a customer service business.

Edit: in response to the owner, we had a mozarella stick that didn't even have any cheese in it. I don't know what happened yesterday. I do appreciate your follow up. Unfortunate that we left with this bad taste. If time wasn't precious and scarce yesterday, we would have addressed it then and there. I would like to give zero stars. The staff wasn't friendly, didn't assist, could really care less about customers. There were bugs flying around landing on our food and we just could not eat. I've attached a picture of how we left the place. Waste of $30. No taste. Don't know how they got these stars and reviews. Somebody is lying!!

Awesome new spot! The owner was SUPER nice and very generous- good customer service & the hookah was smooth (I got some flavor called Hawaii- 'twas gooood). I'm definitely coming back to bring them more business!

    Turkish breakfast

WOW....is all we can say. We left the house this morning looking to get out for breakfast but couldn't think of anything amazing we wanted. Made it to Merrifield when my husband suggested trying to find a Turkish breakfast spot. We know of a few in DC but didn't feel like driving into the city so popped it into Yelp and this place came up. Not many reviews but we saw they had Turkish breakfast so decided to give it a try. Pulled up and couldn't find the building and after driving back and forth realized their sign isn't up over the door yet. So for reference it's the door directly to the right of what looks to be an old gym. My husband and I have high expectations for Turkish breakfasts and seeing the building from the outside we started to have low expectations of the impending meal. However, upon entering you feel like you've stepped into a beautifully designed middle eastern restaurant and all I have to say is we were BLOWN AWAY. BEST TURKISH BREAKFAST in the US!! And we've had it all over the US. The only thing that out does it is having it in Turkey. The owner was super helpful and told us the sign for the restaurant is on the way so I'm sure future customers will be able to find it easier as well. We'll definitely be back here and plan to bring family in the future when they're in town post covid. Overall great experience and excellent food! Additionally, they have beautiful interior design and multiple great instagramble spots! I only captured one as a tease for you to go check it out!

Huqqa Lounge VA is a nice spot for my meetings and social gatherings. The service and food is excellent. Ozlem is the best server there.

When I walked in we were immediately greeted by the hostess who was very kind and friendly. Shortly after our waiter came and gave us some suggestions for hookah, drinks, and food which was greatly appreciated. The food was pretty good. I ordered the beef flatbread and my friend ordered kabobs. The flatbread was a bit dry but still had a good taste. The kabobs were delicious. They were very flavorful and cooked to perfections. The hookah was amazing. The waiter suggested that we try the grapefruit head with the blue mist flavor. The grapefruit head added flavor and enhanced the smoothness with each pull. Also, it made the hookah last longer as well. The ambiance was nice. The establishment is pretty large so there was plenty of space. They had a section where they would have a live band. The bar was nice in size as well. They played Lebanese music which was fitting for the clientele and set the tone for the vibes. Overall, I had a great experience. I will definitely be back soon.

They also have an outdoor patio with is perfect as the weather warms up! I've got to be honest when it comes to food. For my hookah lovers, the hookah here is one of the few I would actually recommend. But!! I'm warning you know, get the special head. It makes a difference. Each order comes as one large deboned piece of meat, which is then cut into bite-sized pieces--easy to eat by hand or with a fork. They're available in a variety of flavors. I ordered them dry and got several sauces on the side to mix things up. Highly recommend. Seating - The restaurant has a surprising amount of seating. There's just as much indoor seating as there is outdoor, and possibly even more inside thanks to the bar and high-top tables. It's a great spot to start your night, end your night, or enjoy happy hour with friends after work. Service - For a bar, I thought the service was really good. Multiple waiters checked in on us, and we never had to wait for water or anything else. The recommendations they gave were great, and they stayed attentive throughout the night--even though it was moderately busy when we went. Pro tip: Be prepared to sit inside if you're hoping for a meaningful conversation--the street noise outside is quite loud. Between the main thoroughfare and the neighboring restaurants in the same alcove, it can get pretty noisy. If you value good conversation, you'll definitely want to opt for indoor seating.
