First time was ok, fully staffed and efficient. 2nd time they only had 2 employees so it took a little longer to get checked in and take my exam. 3rd time here there was only one staff member. No organization as to who was checked in, how to check in, etc. With how their procedures work, they need at minimum 3 employees to make this office run efficiently. Also so much for concentration. I was taking FINRA exams and they don't allow me to bring ear plugs but for this center I wish they would. Super close to traffic and very thin walls. They do provide "noise proof" headphones but honestly they don't work.
