JamPlay continued to take funds from my bank account even though i did not renew my subscription…read more They sent me an email stating: "Oh no! Looks like your 1 year JamPlay membership has come to an end. If you'd like to continue to access JamPlay, you'll need to head on over to your account area and add on a subscription: Click here to reactivate your membership. I did NOT "click" to reactivate, but they still took $159.95 from my account, for 3 years!! They told me that all subscriptions auto renew, but on their website it states that only monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew. And why would they email me asking me to 'click' to renew if it was auto renew? I changed my debit card but JamPlay reached out to VISA who helped them continue to take funds from my bank account...who knew VISA did that! JamPlay's business practices are deceitful to say the leaset

Tried to join this organization about a month or so ago as a volunteer tutor. Got through the…read morebackground check (even paid for that myself - VERY stupid), the organization then asked me to meet them at a local center which is open at very specific times. I told them that I worked from 9 to 5 every weekday and asked if they could meet with me at another time. No response. I have nine years' experience as a math instructor and tutor and feel that I would have been a great asset to this organization, but I had no idea that they would ghost me over not being able to meet with them at times they specified. I find this to be deeply unfair, and I am out the cost of a background check for nothing. Looking around at the misery and suffering in my city, I understand better why things are the way they are. If potential volunteers are treated like this, why would anyone want to get involved in a positive way?
