JamPlay continued to take funds from my bank account even though i did not renew my subscription. They sent me an email stating: "Oh no! Looks like your 1 year JamPlay membership has come to an end. If you'd like to continue to access JamPlay, you'll need to head on over to your account area and add on a subscription: Click here to reactivate your membership. I did NOT "click" to reactivate, but they still took $159.95 from my account, for 3 years!! They told me that all subscriptions auto renew, but on their website it states that only monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew. And why would they email me asking me to 'click' to renew if it was auto renew? I changed my debit card but JamPlay reached out to VISA who helped them continue to take funds from my bank account...who knew VISA did that!
