Big playground, and a park-like area behind the school with plenty of trees and grass. Lots of slides and climbing areas for the kids. Baby K loved it- there's a big playground set, and a smaller one. The neighborhood families use it on the weekends.

The staff really cares for the children and takes very good care of them. I really loved that the children got to play outside every day and also got the chance to interact with the residents of the Alzheimer's care facility that the center is attached to. Teachers will not give students the tools to succeed then force them to take bad grades even tho…read morethe reason was the teacher couldn't do their job. Was in a database class and notified the professor on week 2 that I could connect to the database with thier methods .... He made time for me 2 weeks later to resolve the issue while marking down all my assignments reducing my grades slightly. No resolution found so I tried dropping out cause week5 grades I starting getting bad marks cause I couldn't connect. The student advisor told me I'd withdrawl after 2 weeks of in activity. Week 7 I was still in the course the professor forced then to give me an F and pay for a class that did me nothing but gain debt. I filed complaints and everything but they made money and blamed me not thier crappy professor. BTW I left devry from a similar situation years b4 and they swore this would never happen again. They create failing programs with third party tech to purposely fail you if they see a way to steal your money. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!!

I hope to one day join the team at DeVry as an adjunct professor and possibly accept a full-time billet in time. Special thanks to Mike, Rich, and Larry. Truly they're the best of the best! More a pre-school than a daycare, they work with Worthington Schools to prepare kids for kindergarten (and mesh schedules with them so that, for example, a kid doing half-day kindergarten can get on the bus here.) The staff and kids seem happy, the facilities are large and well-equipped with play and education supplies. Big playground outside, nice winter gym in the basement. They have yoga classes, music, art, Spanish, etc. Very small classes with good student-teacher ratios. Prices are reasonable, and there are a variety of options for how many days a week, what time to pick up and drop off, etc. And that seems to be a la carte- if you need to drop off early one day because you have an appointment, just sign up and do it, for a small fee.
