I am once again extremely impressed with Tom at Champs Exteriors & Seamless Gutters…read more Our experience with some of the local roofing contractors has been to say the least, difficult. He has been a breath of fresh air. We had the gutters replaced after a nasty hail storm and he was out went he said he'd be there to check the problems. He had his guys there whenever he said they'd be there and they looked great except for a problem that a novice created. We had to be away for 10 months and upon return I called about the problem. He retorted the person had been relieved of his duties some time ago and he'd be on it as soon as the snow lifted. He sent a new crew and it looks perfect. I had to get some personal details of him today and once again he responded pronto. What a guy. Love people like this who respond quickly. He is a gem and needs to be shared. Their gutters are amazing and so are their downspouts. They are heavy duty and not those flimsy little ones that others stick up. So they really carry the water away. He really knows the material. I will definitely be keeping his number for any future work we need done on properties in the area. Well done Tom and Champs Exteriors and Seamless Gutters!!. Thank you.

I had a deck built by a local contractor in September. He wanted to buy the decking from ZM which…read morewas fine with me. Between the contractor and ZM they came up with amount needed and I paid for it up front ($6500). The deck turned out very good but we had way too much decking when we were done. I asked for a reasonable credit and it could be store credit or whatever and I was denied. I then called the owner and he wanted to shift blame to ME! Anyway he said he would address it when he got back to town after a few weeks. That was over 3 months ago and still haven't heard a word. Today's business model is to shift blame and unless you're a "Karen" and raise a ruckus you don't find business's that take care of customers. The decking is all at their place and everyone got paid and customer gets it in the end. Nice job.

We recommend Gary's Cleaning. We had a three story rental that needed to have the trash removed…read more Mariza Pacheco owner, said they would be there Monday morning and their crew of five came and within an hour had hauled out all the trash, amazing, they even used a scoop shovel! The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. When all said and done, the 30' Roll off was filled! We felt the fee was very reasonable. Mariza and the crew were all very pleasant and what we agreed on was completed. Thank you Gary's Cleaning.

My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

He designed "sinking" the fireplace in so I could have the side bookshelves and cabinets I wanted (which he also built to order!) I could not find a mantle that I liked -- no problem, just have Jason build one! The quality of his work is second to none. He is dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, and fair. He stays in contact at all times throughout a project. There is no job too big or small for him to handle. Jason has done numerous projects in my home and I would not hire anyone else!

Shawn from Best Plumbing LLC did a good job and was very professional, but I have serious concerns…read moreabout their pricing, which I found outrageous and unacceptable. They charged me $621 for a 40-minute drainage clog removal, which included $85 for the service call and $536 for using a snake machine, without any additional materials. Given the current economic climate, where every dollar is hard-earned, I can't recommend them outright. I strongly advise getting multiple quotes before choosing their service. I hope this helps in your decision-making.

Edited review: Seller was contacted and wants to make it right. No litigation at this point,…read morecontractor (as of May 30th) has put forward initial effort to "make it right". We are waiting on permit information as well. Initial review: The home we purchased was remodeled by Ironclad. Sold under false pretenses (3rd bedroom is not a bedroom). No flashing = pouring windows and damage in every room. This was not a remodeling project, this was a "move-in ready" home purchased by ironclad and remodeled by their own expectations and they have failed to provide the basic necessities like flashing; something every building contractor should know. There were numerous mess ups that would be considered inexperienced, the carpet was not binded and had a rough patch job trying to hide the hole. The bathroom had a barn door that had no lock or privacy, you could see the street from the toilet. New doors that were cut off on the bottom so the door handle is extra low and you have to slam every one close cause it stops at the frame. Also the porch was build incorrectly making it impossible to fence the back yard. There was also a lot of little details missed like no caulking on the toilet or windows.
