They couldn't get their machine UPRT stairs so most of my backyard wasn't done. Then they expect me to pay 90% of the total price. I called the office manager and she said they provided a service and I was only due the $6 credit. Are you serious?!?!!! What kind of service is that and forget loyalty. I agreed to a service ,of which I thought was an estimate .. can be higher or lower depending on time and parts used .. nope..., what they tell you is what you get. They half ass installed a water softener that I supplied . In fact I supplied most of the parts needed .. they supplied roughly 35- dollars worth of parts and the job took 1.5 hours and looked like an apprentice that had no idea what he was doing , did the install . They wanted $680 for a job that had $35 , their gas and 1.5 hrs time invested . I complained about the quality of the job and the value of the job and the office girl was rude . They sent out Abraham Garcia to address my complaint who was an egotistical and a very unprofessional ,supposed service manager ?? I did drop a couple F bombs , but Abraham started dropping them back to me . He agreed with me the job was not professional and that he would of did it a lot differently . I said just cut the bill in half and I'll walk away unsatisfied and you will still make your money for the job .he refused Instead he wanted his apprentice whom he disciplined, in front of me to redo the work and still wanted the $680. Long story short I didn't want them redoing a job they couldn't do correctly the first time .. I settled with them for 500 and that was 500 too much .... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

GVP quoted me a price for new gas furnace and central air. Promised me that there would be no…read moresurprises. After installation, which was in the time frame quoted, the tech settled with me for payment...same price I was quoted. As my electrician had not yet hooked up the central air, the tech said give us a call when done and we'll finish the central air. I did call after the electrician hooked up the unit. Tech came back out in reasonable amount of time, and worked for about 30 minutes doing the final setup. Then had me sign another work order receipt for $00.00 for that service. I can't speak for quality or value as I am not an expert on HVAC. But I have no complaints. Might also add, they cleaned up after themselves...no mess!

I love Menards!! All the workers are really nice and helpful. They have a little of everything…read morethere!! We got super flooring for a bathroom and the laundry room in our house. And we go every week for all types of supplies from food to pet foods and cleaning things. We also bought a mattress set there and many, many things!! We have purchased larger items ( kitchen cabinets, sinks, vanity) at other stores, but I love Menards for the fun shopping experience.
