He has been a breath of fresh air. We had the gutters replaced after a nasty hail storm and he was out went he said he'd be there to check the problems. He had his guys there whenever he said they'd be there and they looked great except for a problem that a novice created. We had to be away for 10 months and upon return I called about the problem. He retorted the person had been relieved of his duties some time ago and he'd be on it as soon as the snow lifted. He sent a new crew and it looks perfect. I had to get some personal details of him today and once again he responded pronto. What a guy. Love people like this who respond quickly. He is a gem and needs to be shared. Their gutters are amazing and so are their downspouts. They are heavy duty and not those flimsy little ones that others stick up. So they really carry the water away. He really knows the material. We had a three story rental that needed to have the trash removed…read more Mariza Pacheco owner, said they would be there Monday morning and their crew of five came and within an hour had hauled out all the trash, amazing, they even used a scoop shovel! The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. When all said and done, the 30' Roll off was filled! We felt the fee was very reasonable. Mariza and the crew were all very pleasant and what we agreed on was completed. Thank you Gary's Cleaning.

My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
