Less than a week after the roof was completed the ridge cap came off called him right away said he would come fix it the next day. He never showed up he never called nothing. So we had to have someone come fix it. When my husband got on the roof he also found they did not clean up after themselves our gutters are FULL of roofing leftovers. His "crew" consisted of him 2 guys and 2 children. Which we found out later he did not even pay one of the workers and told them it was because we did not pay. Which was a complete lie we paid half upfront and half the day it was completed. The only bright side was them did it really fast but that is probably part of the reason it is not right.
