Technician came to look at it and decided to replace the blower motor with out consulting myself or my wife. The blower motor was not the issue and spent the next night without heat. Tried to call to see what the cost would be and why they didnt consult us first, or look at the induction motor that was making noise. Got the runaround on price, ended up charging me a 156% markup on the motor, and blamed my wife for not communicating better. Terrible way to do business and I would not recommend using this company for any HVAC services.
