At first I was a bit nervous about them getting it done because they were double tasking in and out doing another project outside on the roof which I felt so bad for them because of the freezing Temps. I told them to not worry about it that it could be done another day when Temps were above but they insisted on doing what could be done. I as well insisted for them to just come in and stay warm but yet they wanted to get fixed what they were working on until it got extra freezing and they needed to stop!! They were going above and beyond and I can't begin to thank them so much for the work they did! I just rent. A very thorough job is an understatement. Cole is a consciencious and very courteous young man. The price was fair and equally competitive with carpet cleaners locally. Carpet cleaning with ease…read more I scheduled an appointment through their great customer service a week in advanced for an apartment final out carpet cleaning. The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. The price was 200$ and was well spent. This my new go to carpet cleaning service that doesn't disappoint.

However, they did not have an igniter on hand for our particular furnace. We did not hear back from them about when an igniter would come or how much it would cost. We ended up buying one ourselves, but this still did not solve the problem. Turns out there was a cap on top of the chimney that was blocking the exhaust from leaving the home. Once this cap was removed the furnace fired up and worked perfectly.
