Worst Appliance Store in the Valley. Horrible customer service. Only gave a star because it made me to be able to post this.

So fridge had to be delivered a week later Jeramiah had no explanation or help saying Jordan was new and we forgot to tell her about that. Then when fridge was delivered they forgot the filter and when I called Daniel said its nit a practice of ours to provide the filter. I call bs as the delivery driver explained they are supposed too. When I explained that to Daniel he hung up on me. I called back to confirm he hung up on a paying customer and said he would leave the filter up front for me to pick up! It was a hassle and I had to call several times to get rescheduled and anyone who knew how to do their job. I suggest you go somewhere else. Although ONLY MANNY AND ROBERTO were helpful who were the delivery guys. Both were professional and helped me with what I needed. DANIEL JORDAN AND JERMAIAH ALL NEED TRAINING OR SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB OF THEY DONT LIKE TO HELP CUZTOMERS AND PREFEF TO HANG UP AND USE PROFANITY!! NEVER AGAIN! I CALLED CORPORATE 6/18/25 I will update after corporate investigation with results. Super unhappy customer! Horrible!

Associates that offers the very best customer service that puts other businesses to shame!…read more I went shopping for a washer and dryer to install into a new home and was immediately greeted by a knowledgeable associate who knew everything about all the appliances being sold. The store was split into multiple sections, new in box washer and dryers, discounted washer and dryer ( cosmetic scuffs or damage), fridges and freezers, and mattress. I was asked what I needed/wanted in an appliance then walked through what would suit my needs best. When I finally decided on the model I wanted we bought the appliances with a pickup time later in the week. The whole process was painless and smooth. I do wish the team told me they sold the hoses and power cable separately. Overall, I had a great experience and this will be my first stop for all appliance needs in the future! The value was great and appliances are a decent price.

Normally I enjoy a good trip to the depot, but this time not so much. I was on a weird mission…read moretoday for a laser level that needed to show up on a dark surface. I asked a gentleman named Andrew for some advice as I don't necessarily know what I'm looking for. I wanted something stronger than the previous laser level I had. And I asked about one that was $149. He said it should work for what I was looking for. I wanted to read the box to determine but since it was a locked up item I had to first purchase it. I decided (poorly) to purchase a cheaper one. Well since I purchased it, I decided to open it and test it out. Turns out it was not going to work for what I needed it for. So I returned it. The lady at the returns desk was semi understanding the first time. Than I decided (poorly again) to purchase the more expensive one in hopes it would work better. Well it did not. So I decided to purchase the original one I should've just went with the first time. But the entire time, every employee(the self checkout, the customer service desk etc) werel staring us down, making sure we weren't stealing (items we had paid for let me remind you) and hassled my husband during the return. I understand they were doing their jobs but why would I purchase and continue to purchase an item to try it out to see if it was what I needed it for and how it would work just to "steal it"? Being treated like a criminal when you are being upfront and honest with the employees isn't a great feeling. We didn't do anything wrong, you had no reason to ask which door we came in, where we parked or what we were driving. When all we were trying to do was purchase a laser level that we couldn't test without purchasing and instead of dragging our cranky toddler to and from the store three times, we just tried it out in the parking lot. My apologies for the long review but the whole story was needed to explain that employees staring down, making phone calls to the other side of the store, and asking those types of questions isn't necessary when someone is trying to navigate something they aren't familiar with. What's the point of returns or accepting them if you are going to judge someone for buying a similar item because the one they first purchased didn't work? Also might I add if I was going to steal why would I show up with a very noticeable feature, (ie my hair is neon orange) Not everyone is a criminal.
