After running all new electrical to the house, come to find out the breaker box and electrical ran to it was not installed correctly and I was constantly tripping breakers. I was also told that they would have to install new outlets externally, because they couldn't get them into walls. (not true, another company had no problems putting them in the walls) And I was also told I didn't have a full attic and they couldn't access any electrical that way. (again, not true. I have a full attic over the entire 2nd floor of my house). This company charges journeyman fees and sends out inexperienced apprentices.

I had saved up enough money…read moreto pay the price that they quoted me and I contacted them and the owner told me that I could save a couple thousand dollars if I bought one that he had just taken out of somebody else's property. He said it was only six years old and that he would guarantee it for like five years. Two weeks after he installed my furnace, mind you this is mid January there's no heat. About two weeks after that I woke up again to no heat. This happened three more times between early February and Mid April. They answered when I called them the first time, but after that They never even return my phone calls. When they installed my furnace, I paid for the furnace and central air to be installed. They install the condenser but never hooked up my central air. It is currently still sitting in my backyard. when they would not come out to look at my furnace after the second time it shut down, I had my appliance protection through Black Hills energy come out and take a look at it. There are at least five code violations. A couple of days ago when we had really heavy rain I was walking past the furnace and I was getting rained on inside my home. I give them zero stars. Oh and I forgot, they left a big gaping hole on the ground underneath the furnace.

I asked for a reasonable credit and it could be store credit or whatever and I was denied. I then called the owner and he wanted to shift blame to ME! Anyway he said he would address it when he got back to town after a few weeks. That was over 3 months ago and still haven't heard a word. Today's business model is to shift blame and unless you're a "Karen" and raise a ruckus you don't find business's that take care of customers. The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
