Buyer Beware ! On Jan 3, 15 we ordered some lighting…read more We were told it will take 4 weeks to get. OK, no problem. Nearly 5 weeks later on Friday Feb 6, I called and talked to Rebecca about the status. She said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. No call. I called Feb 7. Rebecca said she would call on Monday Feb 9 to find out where the lights are, and would call me back. No call back. Called Saturday, Feb 14th to ask if the lights came in. I did not talk to Rebecca and did not get the name of the lady I talked to. She told me they have not received them. I told her I wanted to cancel because of the poor customer service. I briefly explained the lack of communication as mentioned above. No apologies, but I was NOW told the lights take up to 6 weeks to get. I said I wanted to cancel anyway and reiterated my reasons. I was told I would receive a call back the same day from Rebecca to cancel the order and get a refund. To this day I have not received a call. This is the worst service ever. UPDATE: Received a call from the owner. He said they will refund my money. We shall see. The most disturbing is the owner thinks I was mostly upset about how long the fixture delivery is taking. He obviously did not read the letter I sent him. Though it is not a favored situation, it was more about NO communication. NOT once did I ever receive a call back as they promised. That was the real issue I had. I will keep you posted on the refund. Any bets? !!
