With the fast-paced real estate market and inavailability of ANYTHING to purchase in all of Natrona…read morecounty right now, my husband and I thought his Mom would certainly never find anyone we could trust to advise her through the sale of her large home and the purchase of anything appropriate to replace it. We were sure we would be spending far too many days away from our home and on the road back and forth to Casper, trying to take care of her. Enter Lisa Burridge, Trista Ross and the great people at LISA BURRIDGE & ASSOCIATES REAL ESTATE. From the moment Mother contacted Lisa's office, we knew she was in good hands and we were immensely relieved. Being recently widowed, we were concerned whomever Mother would work with would push her to make decisions she wasn't ready to make and take advantage of her emotional state.. The level of respect and professionalism exhibited by LISA BURRIDGE AND ASSOCIATES REAL ESTATE has been unparalleled. Never once did anyone express any sense of irritation or impatience with Mother or my husband and I in explaining each aspect of the process of listing her home and making sure we all understood what to expect through every step. Her home sold so rapidly, we were overwhelmed with what became the immediacy of clearing out her place and finding a suitable new one. Lisa and her staff have been available literally every day and all hours of the night by phone, text or email. The various professions they have referred to Mother have been a huge blessing. She hasn't had to navigate GOOGLE searches and hope the company was trustworthy or that they would even show up! Mother signed the papers for her new home this afternoon. Lisa came in, on Sunday, of a long holiday weekend to facilitate the paperwork at a time when my husband and I were in town rather than setting an appointment during traditional working hours which would necessitate time off from jobs and travel again. The whole process transpired quite flawlessly in a timely manner that speaks volumes about Lisa and her entire team. I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the job done as capably as LISA BURRIDGE AND ASSOCIATES REAL ESTATE. Inspections. Renovations. Movers. Trash removal. MORE inspections. Insurance. Every company recommended by the team has come through. Appointments kept. Contracts and agreements fulfilled. All companies referred by Lisa. It was reassuring to have her experience with each of them. It isn't often these days where any business will go above and beyond to provide service of any sort much less be able to refer multiple sources who will do likewise. I wholeheartedly recommend LISA BURRIDGE AND ASSOCIATES REAL ESTATE COMPANY to assist you with any of your real estate related needs.
