Was told that I would get a check for $1650.00 in the mail. However, after waiting, and waiting for weeks, it never came. I was concerned, as it's quite a significant amount of money, so I started calling management, two- three times a week. Never got a response. Then I called a different office, who said I have to speak to Customer Service. I called their leaving messages. No reciprocal calls back. No money. Where is my check? Do they even care? It surprises and amazes me that a Bank trying to get established in Jackson could be so careless, and poor customer service. I was asked for this evaluation. I would have stayed more quiet, if I had not been asked, and or weren't completely dissatisfied, insulted. read more
