Very disappointed with their customer service. Apparently they don't honer their 90 day return policy. They have lost a longtime customer. Update: l ended up returning them at the Enfield store with no problem. The rep in Manchester had told me they had to be in resell-able condition. I guess they resell defective items there.

Cabela's also is a fun place to visit with lots of stuffed animals in the center on a giant mound. Other cool displays of animals and fish found throughout the store, including a giant aquarium. So it's really a non-issue. The staff is awesome! And I don't think their prices are that far off others.. yeah if you get the other places on a sale, you may get a better deal blah blah blah. However, they're close, just like the other stores in this area, and can order anything you want from their online catalogue. I think it's somewhat humorous when people write negative reviews, because they try to pin all the responsibility for the poor outcome on the staff or store. When in all reality, the perspective consumer is just whining about not doing their due diligence and being an informed shopper.. Like I said, they're good guys here.. Support your local gun shops..
