I look forward to their continental breakfast every morning (croissants, bagels, overnight oats, hard boiled eggs), and their afternoon snacks (pumpkin pie, brownies, etc). The interior is spacious and decorated with a lush array of plants, which helps get the creative juices flowing. Unlimited coffee and tea is also a great perk. Lots of food options nearby too. It seems like everyone at Brass Factory feels the same. I have never met a more unprofessional, rude, and strange person in my life. Im not going to be moving forward with my membership. I would never bring a client or investor here, because this person is so unbelievably unprofessional. She is terrible, truly truly terrible, and is rude to pretty much everyone, she has yelled at other members and more than one person who has done a tour has withdrawn their membership because of her terrible behavior.

The space is on a quiet no-exit side street that you'd probably never stumble across on your own, but that means that it gets little in the way of random lost foot traffic and stays pretty tranquil. There is an open-concept area with motorized adjustable-height desks and tons of power outlets, along with a long kitchen island and some cushier seating in the front. Everyone gets access to free caffeine through a very nice espresso/coffee machine that can make things like cappuccinos and hot cocoa, and the tea offerings are from Harney & Sons (very nice!), along with a flavored seltzer dispenser and some snack offerings (some basic chips and trail mix-y things along with a fruit bowl). You have access to a large fridge and microwave if you've brought your own food, but LIC is also an area rife with lunch takeout places if you're willing to walk a few blocks. Bathrooms are kept spotless and the whole space is cleaned pretty continually throughout the day. You can also reserve conference rooms for meetings that have A/V setup and I believe the upstairs has longer-term spaces for people who use this as more of a permanent office. What I really appreciated from the few days I spent here were the events that the staff run for anyone in the space to participate in, which range from wellness-oriented to just plain fun, and often incorporate great snacks. I loved the tie-dye activity and it was set up so nicely! The staff here are always polite, helpful, and friendly, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and chill (and air conditioned!) space to work that's pretty accessible for a number of subway lines.

Lastly, the coffee tastes like garbage. The people that work there are misguided on how to provide a good experience. They agreed with us verbally on some terms and went back on their agreement.
