Other than annual checkups, we rarely have to have vet visits other than nail trims, but everyone always knows who he is when we walk in. This gem of a place is right across the road from Maineville quick stop. There is a waiting area that holds about 4 chairs and two exam rooms. This place takes care of all my dog needs, except for boarding. They will give you recommendations for any services they do not provide. They also accept care credit, which is good because a lot of small clinics do not. Pricing is pretty standard and the Vet is very personable. If you hate calling, like I do, then download the app that's connected to the office; it's called Pet Health Network. You can set up your pets profile, schedule appointments, refill medications, and look at health history all on the app. I highly recommend this place!

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. It feels like their main…read morepriority is making money rather than caring for animals. Every visit seems to come with a list of "recommended" tests and procedures -- most of which turn out to be completely unnecessary. When I asked for explanations or alternatives, I was met with vague answers and pressure to agree to more services. Not only were the charges excessive, but the focus on profit completely overshadowed any sense of compassion or genuine care for my pet's well-being. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and worried that my pet was just treated as a paycheck instead of a valued patient. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants honest, caring, and transparent veterinary care. Look for a practice that puts your pets first -- not their bottom line.
