We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

During my recent…read moreinteractions with them I have been able to talk to the General Manager, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager, and a host of other very kind, professional men and women that have made working with this dealership a privilege. Every single person I have interacted with has gone out of their way to under promise, over deliver, and generally treat me like I am family. Not the creepy uncle or drunk aunt kind of family, but the good kind. The type of family that supports you, wants what is best for you, and is willing to put in the work to show you that you are important to them. Going in I knew I needed to replace a very old high mileage minivan. My credit was less than stellar. By "less than stellar" I mean someone once stole it, but later returned it with an apology note pinned to a $50 bill. Regardless, the team worked to get me financed for a full-size SUV that met all of my needs and then some. It was a new acquisition that needed to be serviced before I could drive it home. Sid, the GM, took the time to sit and talk with me for several minutes and make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He put me in contact with Gregg, the Sales Manager who ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. Again, Gregg went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and kept up to date. When Gregg was out of the office he ensured Kai (sorry if I misspelled that), the Service Manager, was up to speed and stepped in seamlessly to address any issues that arose. I know that people have different experiences and opinions. I can only tell you my experience and it was outstanding. Facts are facts, and the fact is I have purchased new and used cars from dealerships in Central Indiana for more than 32 years. Never have I been treated so well by an entire team at every stage of the process in all of those years. I will be a repeat customer and I feel like they truly deserve your business.

    (My Husband wrote this!!!!)…read more Me and my wife have been going back and forth with this place for the past couple days , we had ran a credit because we are still in the middle of a bankruptcy and had gotten approved so we could finally have something to call our own (we were extremely excited) , my wife had mentioned over the phone to one of the people helping us that we would be bringing in a van as a trade in (it is my fathers van that he got us so we could have *SOMEWHAT* of reliable transportation, but we have been making the payments on it) , and had gotten a previous quote somewhere else to see if they could match it , and they ENSURED us that indeed they could match it or possibly even beat it.This made us all the more optimistic . I also warned them that we would most likely be rolling over some negative equity, and they ensured me it would be no problem and to come on in. After driving in an hour and a half traffic on a Friday night at 5pm with our 17 month old (we couldn't go on any other day because I had to work and my wife has a job this weekend) we finally got to the location and we're greeted by the people we had been in contact with . We handed off the keys and waited for our vehicle to be appraised , in the mean time we patiently waited and chased our toddler what seems like all over the store , one of the people who had been in contact with us came in and told us that there was no way for us to get into a vehicle because of negative equity. I showed them the paper from the previous dealer and they basically stated they couldn't match that because rebates were included in the trade in value, even though they told me they would give me the same price over the phone. They told us That we had 3 choices of NOT trading in our vehicle (not an option, we don't need more car payments , we need 1 car payment) , putting money down( we are in the middle of a bankruptcy, that is a stupid comment in general) , or getting another signer (once again we are back to square one of not helping my husbands credit and bumming off of someone else) . At this point me and my wife were extremely frustrated because we had basically not only wasted our time , but we had already ran my crappy credit for NO reason . This was the FIRST time we have ever stepped foot into a ray skillman store and I absolutely think it will be the last. We feel lied to , defeated , used and most of all we wasted the only time we get together sitting in a dealership getting told the same thing we have heard everywhere else "we can't help you"
