In the days when international recipes were more naive to people outside of a particular culture, Hunt's had a distinctively American feel. So when our local grocery store was doing a Hunt's Brand price special, Fire Roasted sounded like an interesting choice to try. As a dedicated back of the can reader, I'm often heard to say, "Don't throw away that can!". I certainly did say that after using this apparently newly introduced selection. I'd like to take credit for the fresh bright taste of the tomatoes in the dish that night but it was thanks to Hunt's.
