I always had to follow up. More than 2 months late. Never an offer for a loaner. When I inquired about a loan, they sent me the cost and availability. When I received the trailer back, the work was way below quality. See attached pics of the terrible welds and caulk job. Didn't even bother to try to clean them after. Even the manager was commenting that he wished the welds looked better. Of course no offer to make it right.

However, after the repairs, the truck was still not drivable. He then told us it would cost even more to repair the brake lines, even though repairing the brake lines was part of the original quote. If you choose to use this mechanic, make sure you get a written, itemized estimate before any work begins, and confirm exactly what is included in the quoted price. He accepts Venmo and Cash App, but I would recommend paying by check made out to the business name rather than sending money to a personal payment account. It may provide better documentation if a dispute arises. Based on our experience, we now have to pay someone else to complete the repair because we no longer had confidence that the work would be completed correctly or at all. As a result, we are out the money we were quoted for the repairs and still have a truck that we are unable to drive.
