So now, when I needed a transmition for a near antique vehicle, Russ More was beyond a doubt my first and only choice! And in the future, should I need another transmission, I'll be back! Many thanks.

It was very scary to say the least. They asked me why I did not bring the car back to them and I said, " Why would I bring it back to you when the awful job you did caused my car to jerk and pull violently to the left and to the right so bringing it back to someone that did a poor job was out of the question so I went to Tire Barn and they told me that Hubcap Express LLC should not of even touched the car due to it needing new ball joints, control arms and new breaks as well as barinings in the suspension of my car. Tire Barn also told me it was going to be a hefty 5 thousand dollars. The car isn't even worth that kind of money. Over the phone, they provided two quotes, one with me providing the replacement parts and one with them providing the replacement parts. We set up an appointment, IIRC about 3 weeks from the date of the call, with me providing the parts. They completed the repairs the same day of the appointment. Upon picking up the truck, the price was what they quoted. The cost of the service was quite reasonable, compared to 2 other quotes from repair shops. They were recommended by George's Repair Shop who said they they could do the job but thought FWSS would be a better fit for this repair, especially regarding costs (which George's quote I found reasonable). So a thank you to George's for the referral and thank you to FWSS for doing what they said they'd do, just good business. It was nice to deal with Fort Wayne Spring Service. They were very friendly, and did everything they said they'd do, no hassles, no surprises, etc. I will definitely do business with them again if the opportunity arises.
