Our trailer was involved in an accident on 6/5. They told me they could have quotes done and parts ready to start the repair 7/6. I called many times and was told "they would get on it this week". Finally received the quote 7/28. They did not complete the work until 9/10. They never made a proactive call. I always had to follow up. More than 2 months late. Never an offer for a loaner. When I inquired about a loan, they sent me the cost and availability. When I received the trailer back, the work was way below quality. See attached pics of the terrible welds and caulk job. Didn't even bother to try to clean them after. Even the manager was commenting that he wished the welds looked better. Of course no offer to make it right. read more

I love these guys. Always great service and excellent free advice. Jim takes the time to listen and offer advice, even when there is no sale involved. The wheels I purchased did not work out. Jim swapped them out for more suitable units, even though they had sat in my garage for a month. They are 20-25 minutes down the highway, but worth the drive for me to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about. read more

Needed a jack for my utility trailer. They had what I needed, but they were twice the price of a competitor about 20 minutes away. I gave them the chance to match their price, or come down any, but they refused. Nice shop and nice people, but prices seem a little steep. Worth checking out, but also worth shopping around if you're on a budget. read more

We are overwhelmingly grateful for the professional, thorough and kind service we received from Kevin and the rest of the team at I69! We drove 4+ hours to pick up our new trailer, arriving shortly before closing time on a Friday afternoon. We were very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. Our appreciation for this crew was further enhanced when we blew a brake line just as we were getting ready to leave. Kevin and his crew were beyond helpful in assisting us as we tried to evaluate our options, well past their normal closing time. When it was determined that we had no options until morning, Kevin secured our new trailer, helped us get our vehicle to a service station and drove us 15+ miles to find hotel accommodations!
