They scheduled to pick up at 5:00 the next day. They were at our home at exactly 5:00 ready to tow the truck away. I handed over the title and key. They paid me what they had promised my boyfriend and went to work. Both gentleman that came to our home were kind and respectful. Fantastic experience, especially for someone who battles severe social anxiety. I would 100% call on their services if ever needed again. I will also 100% recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks guys!!!

I called many times and was told "they would get on it this week". Finally received the quote 7/28. They did not complete the work until 9/10. They never made a proactive call. When I received the trailer back, the work was way below quality. See attached pics of the terrible welds and caulk job. Didn't even bother to try to clean them after. Even the manager was commenting that he wished the welds looked better. Of course no offer to make it right.

My recent experience with them was even worse. When I inquired about picking up a car that had been towed there I was quoted one price but that price was higher when I went to pick it up. Then I was told they miscalculated the days and raised the price again. They charged me for 2 full days that they only had the car a few hours when their lot was closed. If you have a wreck in New Haven the police call Robinsons. They probably get a kickback from this unfair price gauging. I found out too late that I could have called someone else. Do yourself a favor if you need your car towed after a wreck. Call your own favorite towing service and get one you can trust. By the way I miscalculated my one star rating. They took the time to send very detailed photos along with copies of the service work that had been done. After speaking with Rusty I felt comfortable sending a considerable deposit to secure the purchase. Rusty had stated that Ehlerding's had been in business in the Ft. Wayne area for many decades and had established a very solid reputation. When I arrived from Alaska to take delivery of my H-D I was not disappointed. It was exactly as described. Job well done!
