I called many times and was told "they would get on it this week". Finally received the quote 7/28. They did not complete the work until 9/10. They never made a proactive call. I always had to follow up. More than 2 months late. Never an offer for a loaner. When I inquired about a loan, they sent me the cost and availability. When I received the trailer back, the work was way below quality. See attached pics of the terrible welds and caulk job. Didn't even bother to try to clean them after. Even the manager was commenting that he wished the welds looked better. Of course no offer to make it right.

The wheels I purchased did not work out. Jim swapped them out for more suitable units, even though they had sat in my garage for a month. They are 20-25 minutes down the highway, but worth the drive for me to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about.
