Unfortunately, they did not show up on Wednesday morning. The lack of communication and missed appointment felt unprofessional. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, the unreliability and poor communication initially led me to decide not to move forward. Update: Otis contacted me within an hour of my review going live. It turns out my calls were mistakenly flagged as spam on his phone, so he didn't receive my messages or voicemail. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and have decided to give them another chance. He also mentioned that Yelp messages are also a very good way to get a hold of.
