On the morning of the appointment, the owner, Otis, texted to say they were experiencing vehicle issues and asked to reschedule. We agreed to move it to Wednesday, 03/18/26. On Monday, 03/16/26, I tried to confirm the appointment but couldn't get through. I left a voicemail and sent a text, then made several additional attempts to follow up, but received no response. Unfortunately, they did not show up on Wednesday morning. The lack of communication and missed appointment felt unprofessional. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, the unreliability and poor communication initially led me to decide not to move forward. Update: Otis contacted me within an hour of my review going live. It turns out my calls were mistakenly flagged as spam on his phone, so he didn't receive my messages or voicemail. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and have decided to give them another chance. He also mentioned that Yelp messages are also a very good way to get a hold of. The job was 90% complete, but they didn't have the tools to finish it off and let me know they'd return in a couple of days. We picked a day, I paid, and tipped quite well for their service. The selected day came and went without any text, call or service. I followed up, and was told that they would come by the following day. Same thing - no show again. Another follow up text lead to another rescheduling for the next day. Once again, no show. So, two stars because the work they did when they showed up was decent, but they aren't reliable and I wouldn't suggest hiring them.
