Food has tremendously improved in the last year under new ownership. The Bee Sting pizza rocks my tastebuds. Flatbread for a quick lunch under $8 can't be beat. Service is quick and can be place ahead of time for pick up or delivery. Clean and friendly environment. read more

I am so disappointed with this establishment. My very first order we picked up, and my husband didn't check the pizza. He assumed it would be correct. After driving 20 minutes there and then 20 minutes home we found out that the employees are some of our pizza. Then I try to place an order for my classroom party since it is very close to my school. I spent over an hour trying to place the order, and never even got to Place one. I got hung up on several times, I was transferred all around only for no one to answer, and told that a manager would not answer my call. I explained to the employee that I needed a party pizza and party bread. I had wanted to place the order a day in advance so that it could be delivered by 11:30. I was told he couldn't do that, and if I wanted to place that order I would need to call the day of right at 11:00. I explained that it concerned me doing that, but was assured it wouldn't be a problem. Like I expected it was a huge problem. I was told when I called that because it was a party pizza I had to speak with a manager. After listening to the phone ring for five minutes I was hung up on. Now it was 11:15, and I had an entire class of children who needed to eat lunch at 11:30. My husband had to rush to the store to place an order. When he asked for contact information for the owner or manager he was told that they didn't have it. They did say the manager should be in around 4 or 5, but they could not provide a direct number to the store to actually talk to him. Not only was the customer service absolutely awful, but the fact that the children in my class had to eat an hour late because of it makes me never want to order again. This is not how a business should be run. I am not sure why a call center would be needed for a pizza place. Who would want their customers sitting on hold like that? read more

Use to be a half way decent place until somewhat recently. They have been delivering to my address for OVER 10 years and now all of a sudden they don't. Oh...The best part? GOOD LUCK trying to get someone to talk to that actually speaks and understands the ENGLISH language. It's just some dude who speaks very horrible "English" if you can even call it that. Literally sounds like he's calling from somewhere in the middle of the Desert somewhere in Saudi Arabia. Complete BS. Between the stupid call center they have in the middle of the desert and the quality of the food, Hungry Howies is just straight up TRASH now. I'd rather support an AMERICAN business where they actually speak and understand ENGLISH! Only gave one star because giving "zero" was not an option. The fact that I had to keep asking for different people because I couldn't understand them was just ridiculous.
