I've never had HH before, so I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! I got their junior pizza with pineapple and a howie roll, and both were delicious!! The howie roll had more pepperoni than I would've liked compared to how much cheese it had, but it was really good paired with the marina sauce! I had the pizza last night and it was the perfect size for one person! I saved the howie roll to eat for lunch and it was delicious heated up from the fridge! Toppings are an extra charge, but I only paid about $11 for both, and the junior pizza is only $5, so a great deal for someone who doesn't want to have to deal with leftovers! This restaurant is ran by nobody. There is no management there ever. I ordered today and waited 25 minutes past when my pizza was to be delivered. I call the store and get told they don't have any drivers so they are using doordash to deliver and I am out of the door dash delivery area. Nobody bothered to call me. They won't get me my money back until Monday or Tuesday. This restaurant is a clown show everybtime I get talked into ordering there. This is the last time I order mediocre pizza for a premium price. This place is absolutely unprofessional! An order was placed online from Phoenix, AZ location website. Once I clicked place order it defaults to a different location. We didn't notice this and placed an order. The order was in Alabama! We called to get a refund and the store manager refused, was so very rude and hung up twice! Ok, a SOLID 4 Stars for a chain, fast food, discount Pizza Place. We tried Hungry Howie's because we wanted to see if the coupon price pizzas were even edible. $5.55 for a large cheese or pepperoni, $8.88 for a large "the works" (pepperoni, sausage, ham, green bell peppers, onion, mushroom) seemed a bit too good to be true. But, this is a really good pizza! The toppings all tasted fresh and overall the pizza looked good. My personal taste would be for the crust to be a bit less gooey...but that is just me. Over-all, I'm a fan. We can't wait for the new location on the strip to open. read more

I ordered a pizza 05/08/21 at 4:45pm and it said it would take 30 minutes. About an hour later I called about it and the girl who answered said it had already been delivered, but she had the wrong address- not what I entered but in my neighborhood. I spoke to the manager and he just argued with me about replacing the mis-delivered order so I asked him to refund me on the order and I didn't want pizza from them anymore. He was very rude and unhelpful. I ordered from Domino's after that and I checked my account weeks later and they never refunded my order. The total was $21.80 and they kept my money for terrible service and no pizza. I don't trust ordering from them again but I do not give my money to businesses with terrible customer service like this anyway. I wrote corporate but they basically said that because it's an individually owned franchise they can't do anything. The manager never responded to them about the concern. He has just ignored the problem without any resolution. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. I don't forget businesses that screw people over. read more

We had the pick any 2 special and chose a medium single topping pizza, sliced ham and 8 piece wings. Everything was very hot and great tasting when it came out to us. We ate in and right away you could tell they weren't use to people eating in as one young woman in the back was yelling about always cooking pepperoni pizza and there was an annoying fly in the shop. read more

They don't deliver in our area, so we had to pick it up. They said, "you had the bacon cheeseburger pizza?" and handed us our pizza. We get home, open it up, and its a plain cheese pizza with a plain crust. On top of that, it's cold. We used to like this place ok but we won't be back. read more

Awful!!! Ordered 2 pizzas and one had no cheese--only crust and sauce so bad!!! And on other one barely any cheese plenty of sauce and pepperoni not at all what was ordered nor what is pizza--more like bread with sauce and pepperoni--not the first time this has happened!!! Have you tried eating cheesy bread without marinara sauce? Our take out contained no sauce. Manager said by phone he would credit us $10 on our next order for their error. Manager did not honor. We could hear manager in background on our next order saying, "they can just do without, no credit." We took this to mean we should take our business elsewhere. read more
