Several more minutes go by still no spoon, and server still hadn't came back to see if our parry needed anything either. Finally, the manager is walking around asking the tables how's there food and etc, and when he comes to ours I "totally unload" as now after 30mins my soup is COLD, and we haven't had drink refills, or our server hasn't been back to see if we needed anything. After explaining everything, he said he would take care of this right away.
