For instance you can rent out books, articles or scientific periodicals from other California state universities and I was told also order from international Universities. The benefit of being a grad school is that you can have books up to one year until return date is due and rent out their cam corders and camera for an extended period of time . I started off at this school in 2017 and I definitely have seen many renovations through the years including the café, study rooms, tall shelving and interactive group desks, where group members can meet an use a TV to connect to class projects or the Internet. Till this day the library still has a glass case where they display a wide assortment of clubs, issues and events on campus, with nice added touches of regalia/memorabilia! I highly appreciate the fact that this library recycles electronics this can be found at the exit of the library in the main entrance.

Beautiful building situated in Saunder's park in Trinidad. This library is staffed by one…read moreespecially loyal head librarian. She's been with the library through thick and thin, as the library moved from storage closets to small empty classrooms around this small community. Now Trinidad has a state of the art building with many books donated by local benefactors. The library has a great children's section; a wonderful place to sit and read with your little one. Community activities include children's reading groups, teddy bear sleep-overs, lots of fun stuff.

Each below have their own a separate review. New to us: * Sequoia Park & Garden - the garden featured a wishing well and a gazebo. Lots of flowers in bloom which is generally between May and September. * Sequoia Park Zoo and The Redwood Sky Walk - The Sky Walk is accessible only through the Sequoia Park Zoo. Enjoyed both attractions! The suspension bridge was my highlight but I also really liked seeing the flamingos! * Fort Humboldt State Historic Park - cool history where future U.S. President, Ulysses S. Grant, served as a Captain and commander of all Union forces during the Civil War. This place is said to be haunted. * T.J. Maxx - just passing time before movies. As we were about to leave town to head back home we stopped by downtown on Memorial Day. Many businesses were open including: * Old Town Square - historic charm and for the most part I didn't see too many homeless people on the streets as many have mentioned in their reviews. We came around 10:00a. * Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate - located right on the waterfront of Humboldt Bay. Sampled some artisanal chocolates and enjoyed a Browned Butter Rice Krispy Treat from their cafe bar. * Los Bagels - tried their Scrambagel for the first time. Very good in organic sesame seed bagel. This is a cafe with Mexican and Jewish influence. Revisited: * The Donut Mill - Ham & Cheese Croissant for breakfast * Broadway Cinema - "The Last Rodeo" [an Angel Studios production] * Brick and Fire Bistro - featured in DD&D twice... first one in and we got to sit inside the main dining room this time. Problematic situations aren't your problem if you don't apply yourself to them ,housing is reasonable for California It does not have some of the general issues as often is other spots in the area such as power outages or poor connectivity It's kind of small but there is always a lot going on if you're into roaming and budgeting, actually fairly quiet at night There are a few negatives, quite a bit of homelessness and addicts but that's everywhere now. I've been homeless so it doesn't bother me aside empathy Thank you eureka police for being respectful and empathetic to people and not robbing shooting and beating people on a regular basis people here complain about the police far too much. I blame that on addicts and hippies and some old anti police attitude mess. I used to sell drugs in other states. The uniqueness of the trail are all the tree tunnels that reminded our kids of My Neighbor Totoro. Would recommend a stop here if you are in the area. Hike was pretty easy and plenty of parking.

The signs don't really tell you where to go, and the whole thing is a very confusing affair. We walked all the way to the top, went around a few times, and we never got to see the lighthouse until we were able to see that it's only open once a month. We feel let down if you want to get some exercise, go ahead, but don't expect to see the lighthouse.

It…read morewas interesting to know that quite a bit of their area of operation deals with the rugged mountains to the east besides the "Lost Coast" and coastline north of them. They do alot of the SAR/Law Enforcement duties that in other larger cities they have air-ops from police or fire that would handle it. Surprisingly quite a few of their "calls" are for evacs for car accidents in the mountains. Beside SAR along the coast they also help local law enforcement with locating illegal crops in the mountains. They are very friendly there and willing to share there job experiences, duties and equipment. Knowing some of the Coasties in Los Angeles I could see their similarities and differences in what they deal with, weather being a big one. Also Eureka is a "Coast Guard City", one of a handful in the US they whole heartily supports the Coasties.

Have for years, always with the same group of people helping you through the process, always professional, friendly and kind. For an experience most folks dread almost as much as having a tooth pulled, our county clerks make it about as painless as can be. 8:30 am check in is the toughest part by far, once inside the juror selection room things move fairly quickly all considering that literally every person in the room just wants to get out of there. Fill out their paperwork, after about enough time for them to review it all - here comes the call, one by one those released and you obligation as a citizen has been met once more. Once again never selected, so until next year when we repeat this civic duty all over again. 4 Stars - for a rural county in northern California it moves pretty quick. 00671

I would expect more professional behavior. I spent nearly a half hour answering the same aggressive questions with no solutions offered.
