Not only were the cameras not working, the lock was tampered with and changed without my knowledge - and guess what, NOTHING WAS DONE. No one said anything until I got there and tried the lock. I had a storage trailer stolen and equipment from inside of my storage. The Cubesmart claims the cameras were not working for the trailer & that the inside storage items were stolen by a contractor whom they had replace the doors. Great American Insurance, who is also a joke, denied the claim because the workers at Cubesmart said it was done by their contractor. Therefore Great American Insurance would not pay and Cubesmart continues to say there is nothing that they can do. Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Poor Care of customers. After 5-6 trips to the storage, I have not heard from Jane, the district manager or the owners of the unit, & the daily staff never call back. If you want your items safe find another facility, because if things happen no one will step up! If you have items in the facility go and check on your items, they will be gone and no one will alert you!

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.

Theft at this place!!!…read more I got my stuff stolen at this facility, my lock was swapped by someone that works there or has access to the locks they sell there so it looks like no forced entry, even though I have insurance!! Go look at other reviews on google and online and they've changed ownership in the past so the reviews are closed on yelp, they used to be "Life Storage". Upon looking at other reviews it looks like different people experienced the same thing and at one point there were 10 that were targeted at the same time on a weekend?! 10 that we know of possibly more If you're like me and haven't visit in a minute?! Some people finding their items stolen later, why did no one get notified about this?! They made sure they changed ownership multiple times and notified about it but can't tell customers there was multiple thefts happening so that they can come check their unit?!!!! Even manager mysteriously leaving, wth is going on here! Management saying it's an inside job and police are saying there are checks that are in place to check locks, I got an officer who has past experience working at one. This is absurd and a huge storage corporation that should have safety measures in place, something bigger is happening at this place! Stay away from here!!!

That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical.
