I then called The Queensway location and was called in the next morning ! On arrival, check in was quick and efficient and was assigned a specialist - Paul Thomas . He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They found a nail and he got the patch done on an expedited way so that I could leave in a couple of hours instead of taking a whole day ! I was also missing the star on one of the wheels and he was able to get a replacement at no charge ! While waiting , nearly all staff members smiled and acknowledged every single client and the team at the service reception were helpful and professional. I will be returning for all service related needs going forward maybe even for when I change cars ! Got the first 2 cars at the Newmarket dealership which I think is the same ownership.

Just think about and it does not matter how much money you have BUT a flat fee of $170 labor charge to do an oil change and filter and let's not forget about the oil cost of $270 plus plus for a total after HST of $419! Is this now insanity or what!!! Then let's not forget the Service management goons that have been hired. Folks let's band together and boycott these overrated foreign conglomerates and bring them to reality! The ony saving grace in this service department is Peter von Kaufmann who is truly a gentleman!

Being relatively new to the west end, I found Mississauga Toyota on Google Maps. Closest to my home, I decided to come here to get my car repaired. The Service + Parts Department opens at 8 so I went first thing. This location is very clean and staffed very well. As soon as I got here, there was someone to assist me immediately. He examined my car to determine what needed to be done. After I paid for the repairs, there was another staff member who walked me to where my car was parked. I know very little about cars, but the helpfulness and friendly service was very much appreciated. Good for: cars, Toyota parts/maintenance/service

This spring, I noticed a significant drop in fuel efficiency on my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. When I called the service department, I was told by Albert that my mileage was "normal" and similar to his own. I followed up with a detailed email to the service manager requesting diagnostics -- but received no response at all. I then took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership, where they performed a throttle body and EFI system cleaning. The issue was immediately resolved, and fuel economy returned to normal -- confirming there was a clear and demonstrable cause. While I'm still happy with my RAV4 and plan to stick with Toyota, I've lost confidence in Mississauga Toyota's service support and will be purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership.

I'm reviewing the service portion of the dealership, as I've never purchased a vehicle from here…read more Price seems more decent for certain services than other Honda dealers (eg the "A service" oil change), customer service rather friendly, and quality of work so far so good. Been having an on-going issue with my navigation that's been investigated by another dealership, however since they were so far from home and this one's the closest to my work, I decided to give them a go. So far, they've been quite accommodating, giving me rides to & from work and what-not. My issue is in the process of being investigated with their tech services, and I was told that it might take a few months for Honda to come out with an update for my navi to get it finally resolved, which I'm more than fine with, as long as it finally gets resolved. Also, I noticed that their price for an oil change (also known as "A service") for my car (using the synthetic 0W20 oil) is only $60, where-as at all the other Honda dealerships I've been to, it's been closer to $100. So with that in mind, chances are I'm going here to get my next oil change (unless I can make use of a coupon at another dealership to get it even cheaper). All-in-all, so far my latest experience with this dealership has been nothing short of excellent, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them.

They called and advised, their recommendations prior to proceeding. The staff are very friendly, and I was charged a reasonable price for their services. I went to this shop primarily because of google review which boasted about their work and honesty, so I proceeded. Initially they brought the car in to have a look at it. They mentioned they could quickly clear the code and the revving should go away but this would require us to come back. Here's the kicker, they charged us $60 just for opening the hood, sitting in the car and telling us about the issue the potential issue. Okay, so they took the money and told me to come in at a later date so they could scan it for a code. A valvetronic code appeared which means there was an issue with some component of the valvetronic system. One culprit was the eccentric shaft actuator which they quoted $1200 or so to repair. I told them we could not pay this much for this to be installed but asked if they could reprogram the car for us. We basically asked them if they could perform a software update on the vehicle which has been known to resolve the surging rpm after installing a new part, which keep in mind is still a costly service and of course would be included in the price they quoted. They said sure, bring it in and we will be able to do that. We replaced the part ourselves, which was simple and brought the car in. However, this time, they told us they could not clear the code nor could they reprogram the car because there was an issue with the installation of the eccentric shaft actuator (we told them we had replaced the part). They said something like, the part must not be connected cause they are not getting a signal. We told them fine and left. Funny thing is I used a $60 dollar code scanner and cleared the code. Furthermore, I found someone to reprogram the car (called a valvetronic relearn procedure) and the car does not rev. Our problem was solved. Honestly, I don't recommend taking a car to this shop. I'm sure they have their regulars, but if you're looking for a one off service for something costly, I would recommend going elsewhere. There are many shops out there. They were unprofessional when we refused their quote, despite saying we would pay a couple hundred to reprogram the car.
