Worst service, strongly recommend you avoid having your car serviced at Audi Queensway. If I could put nonstars, I would. Every time I've taken my car in for servicing, there has always been a problem, the latest problem being sloppy service on my tire exchange. I dropped off my car to have the winter tires put on and the person working on my car did not put a cap on one of the tire valves, which I only noticed after I got home. In addition, I was provided with an incorrect invoice for the service and the error was only caught by me, not the service "professional". While I paid the updated correct amount without seeing an updated invoice, the updated invoice was promised to be provided right away. I'm still waiting for this revised invoice. A week has gone by and despite follow ups, I've not seen the invoice. Audi Queensway also indicates as part of their service they will wash your car, which has been the case on at least two occasions when I picked up my car from being serviced, and I've been told my car was being washed only to show up and find out this is not been. Not only is the service sloppy, unprofessional, and consistently bad, but there is an absolute lack of customer service. I've left several messages and texts over the course of a week to talk about the latest issues with my service and have not had the courtesy of any response. I will not be servicing my car there any longer, and would strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else for servicing. read more

large showroom with friendly staff. Brought my car in for service and had space to work while i'm there!

I typically don't leave reviews, but my recent experience at Audi Queensway was very disappointing to say the least, and I feel it's important to share. I had come in to have my winter tires swapped, as I stored them with the dealership for the season. when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the rims were mounted incorrectly. The dealership did not seem to understand the specific tire setup for my vehicle, which raised concerns in their professionalism. Then I had noticed one of my tires had an unusual bump. When I had asked about this, the service team couldn't provide any explanation. Safe to say I won't be servicing my car here anymore! read more

I had a terrible experience at Audi Queensway that I feel obligated to share so others don't fall into the same trap. I originally booked an appointment for a simple oil change on July 16, 2025, and rescheduled for the next day via email and phone call. When I arrived on the 17th, I was told my appointment was for the 18th, which was never agreed upon. After pushing, they reluctantly took in my car, saying it would be ready by 6 PM. While there, an associate offered me the Audi New Care Package and made it seem like it was $14.95/month, with no clarification that it was actually $1,495 upfront. No breakdown of pricing, no clear communication -- just misleading language and fast-talking upselling. When I returned, I was hit with a $1,858 bill for a tire rotation, oil change, and the service package I didn't even know I'd fully purchased. I later found out my complimentary service had already been used before I took ownership of the vehicle, at only 8,000 km (I bought it at 8,000 km on August 30th -- they used it on August 27th that service was required at 15,000). My current mileage is only 24,000 km -- the 30,000 km service wasn't even due! I escalated to the service manager, who offered me only a $300 credit and threatened that I'd void my warranty if I chose to service my car elsewhere. When I pushed for a refund of the misleading New Care Package, I was told nothing could be done because it had been "registered to my VIN." This is not how Audi should treat its customers. Manipulative upselling, misrepresentation, poor scheduling, and misuse of complimentary services. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and will be escalating the issue further. read more

I went to a dealership (Audi Queensway - Etobicoke, ON) and met the person who called me (Seyed Amirh Zarghami). I was going to buy a car, and the salesman told me the only problem with the car was a tiny crack in the windshield. He pressured me to sign the papers, and not even 30 minutes later, while I was driving the car, the temperature reached 120°C -- which is not normal. The car could have exploded, and it stopped in the middle of the highway. I had to go to a mechanic, and they told me the entire engine had to be replaced. The head gasket was blown, the oil pump was broken, the thermostat was broken, and the water pump was also broken. The repair would cost $9,000, and I only bought the car for $8,000. Never buy from Audi Queensway. This is a very bad place to buy a car. I would never buy from them again. I'm warning you all. NEVER buy from Seyed Amirh Zarghami. He caused this entire problem. I will never forgive him for what he did. He made me waste $8,000 for nothing -- for a car that had to be junked 30 minutes after I bought it. Seyed Amirh Zarghami pressured me to buy the car because he knew there was a serious problem with it but didn't disclose it. The check engine light had been turned off. My mechanic told me there were over 3 engine codes that had been cleared using a diagnostic tool -- so the issues were hidden before I bought it. It's possible the odometer was tampered with too. He told us it was "sold as-is," but when I signed the papers, no one clearly explained that the car had this many problems. They only said the windshield had a small crack. Because it was sold "as-is," I now have no way to get my money back or fix the car. I even called the manager, but they refused to answer. They knew there was a serious issue with the car and avoided me. Seyed Amirh Zarghami, I will be taking legal action against you and your team. Stay tuned. read more

I will echo back here what other reviewers had to say about Queensway Audi. It is my worst experience with a car dealership and their service department. I've had Saab, VW, Ford, Jeep, Mercedes, BMW, Mini and never had such a terrible experience. It's like they don't care. Ruined Audi for me, will never buy an Audi again. (I communicated with Audi Canada and after speaking to them once they never followed back or called me to offer an alternative for the repairs, the car is still under warranty and i can't get it repaired. The advisor (Alessandra) at Audi Queensway was at best cagey about the work (absence of work) being done to my car. The car stayed 9 days at the dealership without any repair being performed. I was even told that while she was sick there wasn't any work being done on the car (WHAT?!?) They never offered an alternative car during the time my car was there even thought I have the right to one under both the purchase agreement and my Appearance Warranty). The car still needs repair and they don't return my emails and messages to them. Even the service manager (Paul) isn't responding to messages. Stay away from this dealership (perhaps Audi altogether). Avoid buying there and for sure do not go for service there. Even the basic service (maintenance) needs to be booked at least 6-8 weeks in advance, they are so overwhelmed it's frankly worrying if the works even gets performed correctly. Terrible customer experience, they make you feel terrible and don't care about your car or your safety. It's frankly unaceptable. read more

Had my car serviced at Audi Queensway yesterday. Service was ok, but what's with them closing at 6pm. I am however disappointed with the customer service. We have been Audi owners for over 40 years, owing A4, Q7, Q5, Q3, A5, always when you took in your car, they would not only wash it, but wipe it down. Today i pick up my car and there is goop on the inside drivers window and the dash hasn't been wiped. I left my dash with white husky hair on purpose to see if it would have been wiped, but NO. HOW DISAPPOINTING!!! read more

It is one thing to have poor service but to be dishonest is entirely unconscionable. They bought my car, sold my car and then refused to pay me saying they had to put a new engine it - absolutely ridiculous. I had to get a lawyer involved. The GM, Chris Lang, did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to return any of my phone calls. Stay away!! read more

I will have to agree with everyone who provided 1 star. If someone is giving 5 stars, either they have never had their car serviced yet, or someone from Audi is pretending to be a customer to give themselves 5 stars. I have been driving for over 20 years, owned various brands of cars, and decided to purchase an Audi for the first time. It was been the worst experience! I refuse to believe that the problem is Audi. I believe the issue is the Queensway dealership. I know many people who own an Audi, and they do not encounter the same problems that I'm facing at Queensway, because they bought their Audi at a dif dealership. I almost feel sorry for the employees who work in the service department. I can only imagine the amount of complaints they receive everyday. I've dropped off my car for service, no one phones me back to confirm the status. I was left stranded at work, because nobody was returning my calls. The only time they call me is to ask if I want to upgrade my car. read more

Audi Queensway owes me $2,000. I was interested in buying a vehicle. Sales rep said give us a $2k deposit to hold the vehicle & if you don't want it we will reimburse you. Offer to Purchase not signed by Audi & so no binding deal (quite apart from the sale reps word). I decided not to purchase. Money has never been reimbursed, but get this...if I do buy/lease a vehicle they will apply it as a credit! To add insult to injury, I am a returning customer who leased an SQ7 & wanted to lease/buy another car. If they will do this to me, they will do it to anyone. Be aware. read more

Bought my Q3 from here and found exactly what I was looking for. The salesman did the song and dance and got the sale and promised multiple things on top of the sale (Valet and a trunk matt among some other things) which I knew I had to pay extra for. Well, covid came and I have never been able to use valet because its been closed, but I'm still paying for it... and over a year later I never did get the trunk matt I was promised. Went for service twice since then and every time I bring up the matt they shrug and ignore it. read more

This is the worst Audi dealership I've experience in the GTA in terms of service. Terrible experience leasing the car with poor communication, and terrible experience buying the car at the end of the lease. Poor communication, difficulty getting a hold of people, incompetent employees, the list goes on. I would not recommend this dealership. read more

I would never take my car back to Audi Queensway if my life depended on it. I left my car there for a recall at 7:30 in the morning and never heard back from anyone. Called continuously from 230 on word and never got anyone on the phone. at 6 o'clock service department was closed, so I finally spoke to someone at the dealership. The dealership was great. However, I had to argue to get my car back because I was not going to be put out for another day because of their incompetencies. The only reason I got my car back was because by this time it was 10 to 8 and they were closing to go home, I refused to leave. Would never take my car to this place again. I don't even know if they did the recall. It's been two weeks no one has called me and I have not received paperwork or anything to say any work was done. read more

I arrived right at 7:30am on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Needed a front passenger tire. Met Adam at the door and he immediately put me at ease. He had a technician check out the damage right away and confirmed it needed replacing. Met Jay from parts at the coffee station and he offered to check to see if the tire was in stock. Brandon, Service Manager also came by the coffee station and assured me he would follow up with Jay. Tire not in stock but they ordered it right away said it would be there by noon. Brandon also arranged to have me shuttled home even though regular drivers don't work on a Saturday. Service Advisor, Linda Shamana called me by 10am to confirm the tire had arrived and the car was in the queue. She called again at 12:30pm to let me know the tire and alignment would be complete within the hour and she would call again when done. At 1pm Linda called to confirm that service was complete and a driver was on the way to pick me up. I haven't always had great experiences with this service department but Brandon and team came through for me this past Saturday! They certainly showed that Customer Service is their #1 priority. I couldn't be more impressed. I have also never written a review :) read more

Audi Queensway - Cars that they let us see :) - Car Dealers Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

My wife and I came to this dealership in December 2020 to look for our next car. When we walked in there was absolutely nobody in line and after about 10 min walking around NOBODY even acknowledged us being there. One employe in the glass office by the entrance whist talking on the phone keep checking himself in the glass reflection. The receptionist was in the Lala land and the whole experience made us feel ashamed that perhaps we don't look wealthy or sophisticated enough. We had to leave. Knowing how much my wife wanted an Audi and with her big birthday coming up,I'm I decided to go back As they had a nice white Q7 in stock. I went to see the used car manager who was initially helpful but to this day - over 2 months now I am still waiting for his replay regarding the value of my trade. I reached out to him 2 for an update. I love Audi but do yourself a favour and avoid this dealership as the bunch of egocentric demigods will make you feel like a worthless piece of ... read more

Had my car with no problems serviced and when it comes back the CV boot is torn. I did not have any clicking noise when I gave the car for service and a day after the service it starts making noise. Im sure purchasing a new car is a fantastic experience, the service however... Every time I get my car serviced here I feel rushed.(that is if they notice you, most of the time your ignored) The staff, although they are nice, do not seem to be very knowledgeable or have my best interest at hand. Its to the point where I just call other Audi dealerships to get my answers. I usually do, without having to wait for a call back because the staff is not aware of the simple or common issues or its too busy. I had a nail in my tire (probably should have gone anywhere else for this) so I went to Audi (its was snowing) and I asked to forgo the car wash as its pointless due to weather. they charged me $80 and I waited for an hour and half!!!!!! for a nail!!!!! the manager simply said they have "mechanics with different skills sets working." if it takes you that long to remove a nail from a tire then maybe you should consider a different position. they always offer me the shuttle, half they time they drive me the other half they don't because I'm "too far"(takes 7 min to get to my house). some consistancy and reliability would also be nice. its gets tiring arguing "you guys drove me last time" the one time they had to keep my car overnight for a oil consumption test (which again I called one dealership and they said I'm 100% covered, Audi Queensway had to call me back after a day to let me know I'm covered) they offered me a loaner car which isn't even really a loner because they make you pay for it....$20 for a TOYOTA!! I almost hurt myself laughing. what a joke of a dealership. Audi Oakville is looking better and better! ***and to the "managers response" (which we all know is not really worth anything)I have never asked for a shuttle during peak hours. usually 11:30-1:00 to avoid such issues, because who has time to argue about a ride?*** read more

To the last reviewer - regarding indifferent service? That's unfortunate but how do you get racist out of it? In the end car salespeople are motivated by commissions. What you don't see are the endless waves of tire-kickers. Although I also found it irritating to be treated with a shrug by salespeople who always assume right up to signing that you are just going through the motions of pretending to buy a car (their usual ratios may be 10 test drives to 1 sale), I don't think this makes it a bad dealership. What I have noticed is that they pay very close attention to their repeat customers, and to their existing customers. #1 is because of a very high sales ratio when someone already owns an Audi and knows them, and usually to an A6 or more ($55k price tag and up); #2 is because dealerships make money from service relationships, and also please their existing customers first, it's good business and does make everyone happy. I am not a repeat customer and drive an A3 - and am OK with the service but in the showroom you see they pay more attention to their repeat buyers - I'm just sayin'. And if I were them, I probably would too, after awhile. There are a lot of people who are now just kicking tires, or worse, will only buy if they can get it at invoice and threaten to go to another dealership "or else". Queesnway Audi actually qualifies customers -- smart, good business. Many customers book appointments ahead, by email or phone, instead of just dropping in. read more

We went to this Audi location today, April 3, 2010 at 5:00pm approx. Everyone ignored us. There were salespeople hanging out in an office joking around and laughing and they had no interest in helping us out. There were a total of three people in an office and a fourth salesperson arrived with coffee and joined their colleagues. We asked the receptionist for help and she told us that they were busy. We spent 20 minutes looking at cars, opening doors, sitting in them etc and no one said a word to us. I guess we looked poor or maybe they are racist at Audi in Etobicoke. There were two other potential customers there also waiting who were Caucasian and they were also kept waiting until we were too frustrated to wait any longer. read more

Wow what a garbage parts department representative, I started saying that I don't know what the part is called and rather than trying to aid in figuring out what it is called, he chose to not even try. I asked, can you please put the VIN in and I will describe the area and what it does, so i proceeded to tell him and even after hearing what I had to say chose to still be difficult with me. I hate seeing someone who's literal job is to help customers be it mechanic shops / body shops or direct to consumer for those do it your selfers figure out exactly what part they need to get the job done properly. He had the audacity to tell me to pull the other side off and give a part number, I understand that makes his job easier because rather then taking the 5-10 minutes to figure it out that number will give instant results; but that is basically me doing his job for him, and what is worst is I am not getting paid to do that work I have to pay for the part once I have done all the work and he places the order with a click of a mouse; why is he hired, why is he called a parts specialist, why does he have access to the system in place that can break down any and all VINs related to Audi for parts by the screw. All this guy did was lose more business for the dealership, and during this pandemic should be lucky hes fortunate enough to have a job unlike some people. I have come to this dealership to service my Audi for 6-8 years but since the move from kipling and queensway to queensway and the 427 they may have upgraded the building but they shouldn't have upgraded to snobby staff, people should learn how to stay humble especially in these times. read more

It took me a few years to realize this, but the service while courteous, don't necessarily find the problem with the car. Two examples: 1. Had a rear tire that was leaking air. Audi reportedly did all the tests to find a leak but told me that no leak was found . I was then told that there must not be a leak and to keep an eye on it. Of course, the tire kept leaking air. Took it to another shop who found a leak and fixed it. 2. Ever since we got the car the brakes squeaked. Even with changing brakes, the squeakiness continued. Audi said they did "all the tests" , and found no reason for the squeaking. They suggested that once in a while to slam on the brakes hard, to see whether this could "dislodge" whatever was causing the squeaking. Of course this did nothing. When my brake pads needed to be replaced, I took it to another shop. Now the squeaking is gone. While the service people are nice to speak with, I've lost all confidence in their ability to diagnose problems. read more

We recently purchased the 2016 Audi Q3, and thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience thanks mainly to Aubrey Sandy, for his exceptional professionalism. He took good care of me since the first time I arrived at Audi Queensway, being very patient in providing detailed response to all my questions. He stayed back late to make sure I don't go home without a test drive. He ensured than me and my family were comfortable through the entire purchase process, and went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that we got the best possible deal and we're confident with our purchase. The rest of the staff at Audi Queensway was also very friendly and helpful, especially, Taylor, who gave us all the best options catered to our needs. Overall our experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Dilawri Group, Audi Queensway and Aubrey Sandy to anyone looking to buy their new car! read more

I live nowhere near this dealership but get my Q3 serviced here because I love the service technician Steve, so I make a special trip to Queensway even though it takes me close to an hour. Sadly, my service advisor - Laurie Ferguson's service is subpar. I've been a fan of Audi for years and was excited when we finally felt like we were at a place in our lives that we could afford to buy one. We went in one Saturday to test drive and chose Queensway based on reviews. It was a less than great experience. They left us alone to try out the cars which was fine but when we were ready with questions and wanted to test drive everything went wrong. No introduction, no real information on the cars other than we don't have that model. The sales agent suggested we should look at a v6 Q5 but they didn't have any to test. She said we could test a 2litre version and went to get one. After 10 minutes came back and said that all they had was her car that we could demo. Fine but not even the trim package we were looking at. We got in and she took us on a quick trip around the block where she spent the whole time in the back trying to stop the radio from syncing with the music on her phone. No information about the car, it's features or anything. It was dirty on the inside with coffee stains by the cup holder and smelled like her personal car. My husband specifically said he does a lot of highway driving. Did we go on the highway? No. I felt we were interrupting her afternoon. This experience soured me on the car for a bit. We weren't dressed like slobs. We may test again in the summer or fall when the new models come in, but not at Queensway. We had such a great experience at Mercedes a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how bad this was. read more

I recently had an excellent experience in purchasing my Q3 at Audi Queensway dealership. I truly recommend them, especially, dealing with Audi specialist, Phil or Blake. At the end, I got what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. I dealt with Blake afterwards and he was also very helpful. In fact, after picking my car, Blake followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still satisfied and I had no issues. Purchased a new car on Friday. The car was sitting on their showroom floor. When I picked it up, the air conditioning did not work so I brought it back the next day. They said bring it in on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I was there at 7:30am when they opened. Turns out that a pressure valve was faulty. I asked why it was missed during the PDI. They said it worked fine during PDI, but had failed after the PDI. I would have preferred if they told me that they missed it and apologized. But they have now had it for two days and when I called to ask when it would be ready, they said that the technician assigned to it is still working on another job. So a brand car I've owned for for 5 days, has not worked properly yet, has been in the shop for two days and they haven't started working on it yet. Second time I have tried to obtain a service time which could fit my schedule and the second time I have dealt with a service booking agent who could have cared less if they could find a timeslot which fit me. Unfortunately, I work downtown Toronto and when I bought my car from them in 2015 told me they had a drop-off/pickup service for Toronto and the first time I called for service in 2016, suddenly there was "drop-off or pickup service". If the salesperson had just told me that to get the deal, shame on them. I am even willing to wait and work remotely from their lounge for 4 or 5 hours but need to make sure the "half day service" is just that which puts me out by 1:00 PM. The agent could not find me a morning "waiter slot" or go ask the service desk if they could do it......This dealer obviously has too much service business to care about one more customer and certainly their service booking agents reflect this is their "customer service" attitude with customers. read more
