I visited Thorncrest Ford in early April looking to replace my Mercedes with a very short lead time. I had been shopping around luxury dealerships, and had visited a few other Ford dealerships in the GTA inquiring about the Bronco in the weeks prior with no luck. I booked a test drive with Thorncrest online last minute - with no prior knowledge of that dealership or the team. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and flexibility. There was a new branch manager who was so lovely and hands on -- incredibly focused on the customer experience and supporting his sales team. They went above and beyond to find the right car for the right price - and I have to say I am beyond thrilled with our new Bronco Sport Badlands. I've bought my last 3 cars from this dealership, and the sales people are good, down-to-earth and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. My experiences with their service department have been decent, they are occasionally less than explanatory about what work they're going to be doing, but overall I would recommend them. read more

This is an event that started of great, summer 2025 time to order a new F350and out of my norm chose Thorncrest for once,close to home and they've been around for at least 50 years,normally l stay with my salesman at Summit for years and for fun l would like to see what they are all about. I walked in and meet Jim Zenetos, for me , the face of Thorncrest, sat down and built my truck,90k no questions went unanswered, no "l will get back to you", he's been there 40 years and knows his shit.I've had some 20plus trucks so the process is not new to me, as most know you get home and remember something you wanted on the truck or take something away, normal prices changed and Jim immediately corrected the quote, we areall on the same page, ordered it and arrived early and was ready for pick-up on September 30. This is when l went l from Jim's office to the rest of Thorncrests people, signing papers with other departments (normal) then comes lease manager Bryan man, right off the I'm questioning an additional charge of $375.00 for a yellow safety inspection sticker on a new 2026 new truck,he couldn't answer and was saying different things,l have never paid for a yellow sticker on a new truck but they will look into it. Then bill of sale was wrong, changed ,lease agreement printed incorrectly,differentpeople are getting involved and I'm going on a 6 hours when should have taken 1 hour,Jim Zenetos being the nice guy he is is coming in and apologizing , and I'm thinking incompetence of Thorncrest Ford,I,m not the first sale ever. Now this is just the beginning and I'm going to try and  summarize .By Oct 7 got a call Bill Of Sale (BOS) was incorrect, need to Docusign again,, done No correction on lease, nothing matches Up until mid Dec 19 I have had approx. 5-6 BOS changes No Lease agreement to  match BOSNot finished November 19/25 Ford Credit  sends overdue payment on old F450Not finished November 19/25 Ford Credit sends overdue on new F350 nonpayment. Ford Credit reports default payment to credit bureau (confirmed my score drops by 140) Nov 19 informed by Ford Credit (month and a half Thorncrest had not paid off F450)Informed Thorncrest about everything that's happening..Nov 25/25 letter from Ford Credit asking for proof of insurance, I'm Like W.T.F.I'm calling Ford Credit and they are telling me Thorncrest should have resolved it on day of pick-up. I decided to escalate to the G.M. Christpher Lina Dec1-2,he was very quick at responding but nothing more was accomplished then was before. Dec 5 went in to receive the last change to BOS.Jan 20/26 Ford Credit sent another letter for a copy of insurance that Throncrest should have sent on Sept 30/25 prior to the releasing of the new truck.  In summary, almost 4  months passed,5-6 bills of sale, no lease agreement,unexplained  unrefundedcharges ($375) Ford credit rating ruined.My personal credit rating has dropped from 875 to 735. Thorncrest Ford sells thousands of vehicles so I can't be the only person this has happened to, Thorncrest was incompetent in my transaction so Just beware, read other reviews. Final note was when presenting to  the G.M. Christoper Lina of said documentation and follow emails felt that l should have been compensated in some form or another for gross neglect and incompetence for lack of checks and balances between departments. For this lack of customer satisfaction, I feel that as a customer you should have used better discretion in your final decision on not to reimburse.  If one person reads this then Maybe the Dilawri Group might take notice. I leave you a  note, if you still are willing to support Thorncrest Ford at Least pay respectJim Zenetos , you will leave knowing you got a fair and honest salesperson, as for the rest....Beware,check,check,and double check, I'm worn out from this ordeal but it's a lot easier to lose a  customer then to gain a new one. read more

Started off great then I bought a vehicle it was like night and day.Now I am persona non grata Noboby returns my calls or e-mails.Im 84 and was in on a bad weather day I was kept there for 3 hours I was anxious to leave because the weather was really turning bad and i had a long drive to Whitby. I have called or e-mailed for the last 5 business days with no response and this is a big company that apparently doesn't have service after $ Sales. I really wished I would have checked out the reviews prior to leasing my last truck from Throncrest ford. Like most of the other reviews, customer service is by far one of the worst. Yes, my sales rep was helpful but besides that my whole experience has been a nightmare. 1. the dealership offered me a 3rd party financial company as they mentioned that was the only way that I was able to get the payment a wanted. 2. They neglected to mention that this financial company required to have a special vehicle theft coverage that would cost me an additional $25.00 per month. 3. My trade in vehicle that has a lien has not been paid. Basically, I traded in my car on Feb 5th, and it is now March 31st and Thorncrest ford has not paid for the car. So of course, I'm receiving calls from GM about when payment is going to be received. As you can imagine, this can be really fustrating. In addition to that, they have it advertised on their lot for sale. in other words, beware as they are selling used cars that have liens and that are still owed by the leasee. Colony Ford wasn't giving me the service I deserved so I went to Thorncrest for my Ford Fusion 2017. They were amazing. However, it was time to sell my car so i called Thorncrest to let them know I would be picking up my winter tires, if they would please take them from the tire storage place. I called THREE times, last week twice, and this week once. Three times I left a message that I would need to pick up by Aug 28th. The answering service said "yes please they will call me back" No Call back? What happened? Purchased a lovely Kia Rio X Premium . I have had two ford cars in past both used cars, Ford Temp and Ford Focus, Temp lasted 13 years and my Ford Focus 16 years ( I gave it to my neighbors) and she loved it until unfortunately she got hit by driver on left hand turn. My Sales consultant was Besire (Besa) Cunaj. I had never purchased a car on my own, I am Senior Citizen. explained my situation with Cancer Meds to this lovely lady, and "WoW" it Hit Jackpot. Must As I loved Ford eco, Besa realized I was not comfortable driving this car with all bells and whistles. She was amazing and let me drive cars round lot, I was so relieved. Loved Kia Rio purchased, All Staff were wonderful, The Sales Manager , and lovely Person who helped me with Warranty and Payment ( sorry forgot your names). The worst Ford dealership we ever dealt with. I give them a zero-star rating for their communication. They never call back or reply to voicemails. Especially Barbara Rudzki and Carlos Mendes. My sister bought a 2017 Mustang on June 24, 2024. The next day of delivery, she got the engine light on. Till today, they didn't get her car fixed. Every time we call them, they say they ordered the part. Also, on the day of delivery, there were so many scratches and dents on the vehicle. They had to do paint correction or buffering, but they refused. I never recommend anybody buy a vehicle from them. read more

By FAR, the Worst Service Department I have come across in over 30 years of using Dealership service centres. Among work done this week, was a wheel alignment. They called me, had a shuttle pick me up, I arrived at the dealership, paid, and drove home. The car was pulling to the right... I drove back to Thorncrest Ford, and told them... they said they road tested it... so I went for a road test with a service tech who drove it and he agreed that the alignment was clearly off. So they shuttled me back home. Next day, they called and said the car was ready, shuttle would pick me up at 11:00 am promptly (told me so in a TEXT message... and over the phone... 11:15, no shuttle, so I called... only voice mail available, I left a message... 11:30, still no shuttle, called again... voice mail, left a polite message, 11:45, no shuttle, called again... still no person to answer... Noon, called again... shuttle arrived at 12:15 pm, got to dealership... another 15 minutes to Find my car. In the past... every time I go... it's always something... they "forgot to check" or charged me for work not completed... last spring, I was told, my tires needed replacement... Not trusting them, I brought it to an Active Green and Ross, and they measured the tread depth and told me, my tires had plenty of life left, the adviser at Active Green and Ross said "these can easily go another 20,000 km if not more". Why didn't Thorncrest Ford measure the tread depth? Oddly enough, they DID take the time to quote me on a new set of Summer Tires by the way. I will NEVER Go back to Thorncrest Ford! Brought my car here to do some work on one of my wheels. Upon picking it up, the guy working the desk told me my car was being pulled around. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked what was taking so long and he realized the person who was supposed to be getting my car had gone home. Once I got my car back home, I noticed the wheel they had been working on was missing a hubcap. I called immediately and left a voicemail, but never heard back. I called 3 more times over the next few weeks and continued to leave voicemails, no one ever called me back. Will never go back to this location. read more

I bought a 2021 f150 on Oct. 27/2023 and it keeps going in to battery saver mode so I took it in on January 22 to get checked out. I dropped it off at 10:30am and got a ride home with their courtesy driver. I thought maybe it would take them a couple of hours at the most but by around 3:15pm they still hadn't called me so I called them and was told by the service representative that he had been in a meeting(good excuse). So he informs me that the battery is no good anymore and it's not covered by the warranty I purchased for over 3800 dollars. Naturally I was quite angry that a vehicle I purchased less then 3 months earlier has a defective battery and they wouldn't pay for a replacement. So I said I wouldn't buy anything from a dealership that's not under warranty. I also noticed that my dashcam went down as soon as it was pulled in to the garage and it came back on around the time I picked the truck up(kind of suspicious). About a week later I took it to a third party repair shop to get the battery replaced and they asked if I would like them to test the current battery before replacing it so obviously I agreed and they tested it and found out it is NOT defective and the charging system is working perfectly fine. So it seems this dealership is trying to make a dishonest buck or two. Buyer beware!!!! Always get a second opinion if possible. read more

Horrible customer service. Had a problem with the passenger AC. All other AC worked fine (driver and rear zone). Booked my car in over a week in advance. Left my car there all day and had to use a rental for work. I made it clear that I would need to pick up the car at the end of the day because I needed it the next day to go away for the weekend. They said they would call or text at around 12 with an update. They called at 5:10 with a list of things that needed to be done. Of course, I had questions, but all of the service techs had gone home for the day. I booked it in over a week in advance, they had my car all day, and all they did was look at it, and I'm not convinced they even did that well. This is my second horrible experience here, and I won't be back. read more

Hello readers, Yesterday, I took my car into Thorncrest Sherway Ford for a recall notice which was taken care of immediately at my 7:30 appointment. Karan Salwan , Linda and the gentleman with glasses who took my keys provided outstanding service with friendliness and professionalism all while handling a very busy bay. I love how you can drive directly into the service bay to leave your car. I was asked twice if I would like a coffee (provided by a gourmet, single cup system) along with being asked twice if I would like a ride anywhere. The service bay, customer lounge, and ladies washroom were all immaculate as I'm sure the rest of their building is as well, however, I remained in the lounge speaking with other customers talking about the Raptors playing last night. Luckily my car was fine and I was on my way within 1 and a half hours. If you live in Toronto then you are aware that we had tremendous rain all day and the traffic was heavy due to this, the usual traffic and the Raptors game. I point this out as I live in Leaside (Bayview and Davisville) which is a distance from this dealership. I will continue to make this drive if and when necessary due to the horrific way I have been treated at another Ford dealership who actually told me to take my car to where I had purchased it when I went in there to ask a few general questions, example, how to work the navigation system, interior lights, etc. I have had Fords for over 30 years and had gone to that dealership at least half a dozen times as I had worked/live in the area and always had a non-satisfactory experience. Having worked in sales my whole life and on television for 20 years I do have an understanding of how difficult some people can be to deal with, however, if you work in sales/service that is part of your job and you need to handle all issues appropriately. The difference between dealerships is stunning. Perhaps, as Thorncrest Sherway is privately owned and has always been, plays a part in this, however, we all should be treated with professionalism in a courteous manner regardless of which dealership we go to. For regular service I go to Master Mechanic on Laird who gives me outstanding service, can't say enough about them as well. I feel fortunate to have found Thorncrest Ford and Master Mechanic as I know I will never have to worry about my car. If I could give zero stars I would. The service department here is TERRIBLE. Every time I bring my car in it's a disaster. They were supposed to order my new snow tires, I dropped my car off and left it with them all day only to get a call at 4:30 asking where the tires were. This being my third bad experience, I asked to speak with a manager but they refused to take my call. Prior to this it took three separate appointments to fix my AC due to errors on their end. Prior to that, they neglected to call me to pick my car up at the end of the day. When I called at 5:00 everyone had left and I could not get access to my vehicle. Mistakes happen but here it seems to be the norm. If you're looking for good service do not go here. read more

Not pushy, knowledgeable & understanding, we're loyal customers for sure. Services have never been a problem - since when I purchased my vehicles they came with booklets full of coupons. I bought my car at thorncrest ford. I recently go it serviced the for a clutch recall. When I got home the hood sensor said the hood was open. So I called in and was told to bring it back in. I was too busy at the time so I didn't (my fault, yes). I finally came back in 4-5 weeks later and was told to make an appointment. So I did. Came to my appointment today (May 30,2018) and was told that there would be a fee. This was the first mention of this. I asked why should I pay this if it is a problem that you caused? They replyed "How do we know we caused it?" I said cause I called in right away. (Make sure you get the people's name that you deal with). This experience has been very poor but most especially; the service received by their manager, Tony Melhuish. One would expect a manager working in the high end customer service industry to be more forthcoming with help in regards to the poor performance of their vehicle. We purchased a 2018 Ford Escape this January 2018. The gas mileage on highway was calculated to 12.7L instead of the average expected of 8.8L as per Ford's advertisement. Nearly 50% higher. When I brought this issue up to the manager he just repeated to me, like a kid reciting his lesson, that Transport Canada has set the law for SUV-like vehicles to perform between such and such, like that fact mattered in the issue at hand. He completely disregarded the issue, saying there's nothing he can do and cannot help me further. I was not helped in the first place when initially buying the car. Even less forthcoming during the buying process. The lack of proper service expected from someone in charge was well below any minimal expectations one could have. I don't like the process they have in place here for service. I called a few times and was told I don't need an appointment for an oil change and I should just bring my car in whenever. So I'm here on a Saturday morning and it's been an hour and 15 minutes, when they told me it would be 45 minutes. No one has come to tell me if there's something unusual. I'm just sitting here like a chump waiting. I also called to have a recall service to which they answered "they would put me a on a list" and let me know when I could come in. Maybe some time in December like 10 weeks away. This is my second Ford and I feel stupid. Again. Seriously if there were other dealerships close by.... I'm just appalled by how these dealerships can run. And even more appalled that when you call Ford zero things can happen. Even their customer service only wants a rating on how they did. Listen up Ford ~ as a customer we don't care which department or dealer we receive bad service from we just consider it all Ford especially when you can't take ownership of your bad processes and hide behind being a big company. read more

My car (a 2013 Ford with 50K on it -- relatively new) completely died and I had roadside service tow it to Thorncrest. It was only looked at two days later, despite having had an appointment first thing the next morning, and I was told absolutely nothing was wrong and that the car was fine to drive. Within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership, the car completely died while I was driving, in the middle lane on lakeshore (downtown Toronto), completely stranded. Ford roadside left me waiting, on lakeshore, for almost 3 hours - in the freezing cold. When I had it towed to a different dealership, Thorncrest told me they couldn't do anything to help me. The service manager assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car when I took it off the lot, despite it being the exact (albeit dangerous) problem I had taken it in for. I have lost all reliability in my car, ford, and especially Thorncrest. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. read more

I am personally SHOCKED at reading the reviews about this place as my family has been buying cars here for over a decade now and never had any problems with them what so ever. I am going to flat out say that I am not a big fan of shopping for cars, I have some knowledge of them, almost my whole family is involved with cars in one way or another so I naturally picked up some knowledge on the topic but I HATE shopping for them. Even though I am an avid shopper I never enjoy the experience of shopping or even looking at cars there is just something about the whole thing that gets under my skin. But I recently had to go out looking and was less then thrilled with what I encountered until I accidently wound up here at Thorncrest. I had come from a VW dealership down the street and after being "told" not only what I wanted but that VW was the only way to go because everything else was apparantly crap I ended up browsing here and was more then pleasantly suprised. I had been all over, Suburu, Mitsubishi, VW, Hyandai.... and more with all being very similar in sliminess. The staff here did not swarm like vultures at the scent of rotting flesh.... but they did not ignore you either. Getting the information I wanted without being pushed to go bigger or more expensive was easy here, the sales rep I dealt with his name was Jimmy, had 27 yrs with the company and I believe at that location. He was friendly, not slimey... informative without being manipulative and he gave hands down some of the very best deals I have ever heard of. Test driving was simple, done on the spot without waiting to photocopy your ID and then have some sales man pitch the car while your trying to get a feel for it. No, the test drive was relaxed and fun, not going to go into the cars as thats not what I'm reviewing but I was able to drive without the distraction of sales lines and vehicle specs. I have not experienced their maintenance or service department which seems to be the largest complaint here, however I will say that anyone who was there having their car serviced at the time i was there were all more then happy. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Test drove a vehicle just before they closed last night. Was advised to call Barbara after the staff meeting at 10:30 am this morning which I did. Barbara was busy so she had to call me back. While waiting hours for Barbara to get back to me with paperwork and instructions on how and were to send the deposit after advising her I wanted to purchase the vehicle, they sold the vehicle to someone else. When I questioned what had happened I was told first come!!!! Which by the way was me. When I spoke to Carlos the used vehicle manager for an explanation on how this happened, when I had agreed to buy the vehicle and was waiting on someone on their end who totally dropped the ball, he said he had to make a judgement call and he had the signed agreement and the money from the other customer. Carlos and Barbara I guess your word is worth nothing. I went in last night with the intention of purchasing 2 vehicles outright. Really bad way to run a business and I will be telling anyone that will listen that they should certainly go some were else. If you treat a potential new customer that way I can only imagine how you treat your regular customers. Good idea to buy else where. read more

I must have good Ford dealership karma. Or otherwise some of these negative reviews are less reasonable than they could be. I've taken my 2011 Fusion SE here (great car, by the way) several times: recall work, a safety inspection (for transfer of ownership), oil changes, etc. I've never had a problem with these folks. In fact, the service has been exceptionally friendly and very attentive in terms of my needs - everything from very prompt shuttle service that was offered without me having to ask for it, including updates by phone informing me (as required) of work progress, and so on. My car is out of warranty but I'm treated as if I'm actually buying a vehicle. In other words, I'm made to feel like they only have *one* customer, and it's me. We need to keep in mind that dealerships can get very busy, and there's a queue, even when you're booked for a particular time. Expect to behave like a reasonable, flexible person, and arrange your schedule to accommodate the natural vicissitudes of auto repair work at a dealership that services many vehicles daily. So I have no complaints about Thorncrest. The folks here are professional and courteous, the site is modern, clean and comfortable, and what needs to get done gets done. Best wishes, C. Said he'd get back to me next day about a car I wanted to buy but just needed a little info. Waited two days. Then wrote again. Said he'd get back, didn't. Then Phoned because I really wanted the car - RUDE receptionist. Got him. Then said he would call back in an hour with all the info! It's now been 3 days and we are moving on. I was 95% sold on the car and now will not buy it. The manager should know about this but I can't be bothered. read more

Where do I begin with this AWFUL excuse for a business/dealership... In August 2013, my mother purchased a brand new 2014 ford fiesta from Ford Thorncrest. We we're extremely happy to be the new owners of a brand new car! But unfortunately that didn't last for long.... Within the first months of owning the car, every 2014 ford fiesta had been recalled due to a problem with the clutch. Since everyone who had purchased that car was trying to get the issue fixed we were put on a waiting list for ONE YEAR, so the first year of owning the car had been a very unpleasant experience to say the least (when you buy a brand new car, you expect it to work right?) After the dealership returned the car, to my surprise; the issue was NOT fixed. After that, we have attempted multiple times to fix the issue again with NO results. After trying to have this issue resolved, almost 5 years later I still haven't been given a resolution. Firstly, I'm not a mechanic; but I know that my car in unsafe. Since the clutch doesn't work properly, the car jerks when I go from 1RPM to 2RPM; it's almost like the car stalls a bit. It shakes and doesn't want to go forward when I put pressure on the gas pedal. There has been MULTIPLE times I have been near serious accidents because of this problem (Good thing other drivers on the road were paying attention so they come to a stop when they see I'm not moving in the middle of the intersection). I was recently in the dealership to try once AGAIN to find a solution for my ongoing issues with Ford, to no surprise; the car failed the test so they are wanting to try once again to repair the problem. Here are my main issues: 1) I was sold a car that DOESN'T and HAS NEVER worked properly. 2) In almost 5 years, the problem has not been fixed. (They have extended the warranty for 10 years for all the 2014 fiestas, which is nice but I have already had the car for half that time with no fix... So I'm not optimistic that the problem will be fixed in the next 5, so what's going to happen then? I get stuck with this defective car that has never worked!? and will have to start paying for this problem out of my own pocket?) 3) Not ONE person at Thorncrest ford had advised me to reach out to Ford Canada for help. In the duration of my time being an unhappy ford car owner/customer, they never once told me until last month that the problem (besides repair) was "above their heads" (I had to go in DEMANDING another solution to fix my issue to have someone point me in the right direction.) 4) I had asked to be given the contact information for the private owner from Terry Oliveria, who hesitated to give me the information and followed with giving me his first name only (Andre) lol (Unprofessional much) + (Generally, he also wasn't nice) 5) I had tried VARIOUS times to get into contact with "Andre" with originally no luck. Unanswered emails from me asking for proper contact information and failure for them to connect with me him. Finally, I thought I made some progress; I was told I would receive a call back and was awaiting the call from Andre. Surprisingly, it turned out my call back was from the same service employee I had already been speaking with prior(?). Crazy enough, the woman I had been dealing with Penny, HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! 6) Thorncrest ford (Penny) reached out to me trying to RID my faulty car and I of their facility, (she asked if I wanted to be sent to another dealership to have my car repaired and moving forward to have that ford dealer take over). This was crazy to me, what was another ford dealership going to do differently for me? They're all governed under the same rules and regulations. Her reasoning was because ford seems to be "the vain of my existence" I would probably be happier else where. Quite frankly, they just don't want to deal with me anymore. Penny insisted that is not the case but if Thorncrest Ford can't fix the issue, what is another Ford dealership going to do for me? 7) After finally contacting Ford Canada to get a case open and a case manager, I was informed that there was a recall on my car from 2015 that I was unaware of until last week!!!!!!! I have been into Thorncrest ford MULTIPLE times since 2015 to have my car "fixed" from the original recall and NOT ONE person told me about the new recall. Penny assured me that she had ordered the part the last time we had spoken (before she hung up on me) and they were going to fix it next month when I bring the car in to attempt to be fixed again. I find that EXTREMELY hard to believe seeing as if they haven't done it in the past two year, they were all the sudden going to do it now? BS! She was just trying to cover their ass because I called in VERY angry about the news I had just heard. Lastly, I truly believe this to be a ethics issue and Ford Canada/Ford Thorncrest to be liable for letting me drive an unsafe car. read more

almost lost my $hit today at Thorncrest. Took my '09 F150 with 100,000km on it for service earlier this week. Did the 100km service which included servicing all the brakes, oil change, filters, blah, blah, blah. Nearly $1200. truck was done for pickup. (left it with them all day, got a call at end of day saying it was ready). GREAT! i pick it up, no issues. 2 days later (today), leaving my house i release the parking brake lever, parking brake pedal comes up but the light on the dash stays on and the annoying BEEP BEEP BEEP persists while i drive to my office (20mins). I call the dealership, tell them what happened and ask to bring it in on my lunch hour to get it fixed. No problem, apt. booked. (assuming it would be a free fix/repair as they had just serviced it) I get there at 1pm, no problem, truck is taken right away. 2pm Bill comes out to tell me it's something to do with the mechanism on the parking brake, rust, seized, etc etc etc., nothing that they did wrong 2 days ago and that i have to pay for the fix. Not only that, it has to be fixed because now the rear brakes are stuck ON. I ask how this was missed, wasn't there a test drive and test of their work. He continues that it wasn't them, this was isolated, etc. Disgruntled as now i have to wait another hour and pay for it, but it has to get done. 3pm rolls around and i'm guessing/assuming the service manager (only guy wearing a tie in the service dept.), comes to tell me my trucks ready. I've now been sitting researching the topic online in their waiting room (i have some ammo, i'm ready to talk sticky parking brakes). I come up to the desk and pretty much tell him I shouldn't have to pay as i just dropped over a grand on the vehicle not less than 48hrs ago and it's BS that this was a "new" issue with the truck. To my utter shock, he reads the work order, reads my previous invoice and says, you're right, this is on us, don't worry about it. WOW! i was expecting a battle, pleasantly surprised. Thank you service manager! lesson to Thorncrest - talk about this stuff guys. Put two and two together. Customer just spent over $1000 bucks on a brake job and then you try to fleece him for another $100 bucks, really? With endless options of vehicles and places to service them these days it's oversights like these than can lead to poor reviews, let alone consumers going to the competition. read more

Apparently no one is able to pick up the phone in there service department. After waiting on hold for 20 + minutes I had to physically go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. read more
