I have been renting cars, mostly from Enterprise, on three continents for over 12 years. So, as a…read morefrequent customer who rents cars for business and leisure, from a 1-day to 2 to 3-week periods, I can say with confidence that the team at this location is the best in class! I know most folks at Enterprise provide great service/experience compared to other car rental companies, but Romeo, Wajeeh and the team on Laird Dr take it to a whole different level. I used to rent from another nearby Enterprise location, and when they were transferred to this location, I switched to renting from their new location. They both strike the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Excellent prices, efficient pick-ups and drop-offs, great collection of mostly new cars, free premium upgrades and early pick-ups whenever possible, and excellent handling of any issues with car and/ore before or after the rental, as well as safe keeping anything we forget in the car after drop-off (phone, sunglasses, etc.) All in all, exceptional experiences and an amazing team behind all of it. I pretty much exclusively rent from them for any trip from Toronto, and they are my first recommendation whenever anyone asks me for the best place to rent a car in the city.

Fortunately, they offered me an SUV but at an added cost - they asked for $8/day extra and we settled on $4. The rent was overall good, except that it said an oil change and maintenance was needed on the speedometer computer dash, which I found was a little alarming. The car was amazing on gas and I found it to be semi-luxurious. (Sunroof, moonroof, GPS) pretty clean for the most part, except there were smudges on the windshield when I first got it, I feel like it should've been washed, considering they have a wash in enterprise but for the lack of all this, they made up for it in customer service. Going through so much, enterprise did promise to pick me up and did. They literally made sure I was happy to the best of their ability, or tried to at least... and I was on my way with a rental car pretty quickly. Dropping off the car, they also drove me home! That's service! 4/5

This was a really tricky area to get to if you didn't fly into Pearson. There is signage inside of…read morethe airport that directs you where to go but if you're driving to this branch to rent a car (they seem to have more options for drop-offs from this location interestingly enough), it's confusing. The signs from the 409 only tell you were to go to drop-off a previously rented car which is towards departures (you'd think it would be at arrivals right?). Well, this is actually where you want to go to pickup a car as well. So yes, we drove a car here to rent a car since we dropping someone off. There's only one entrance for personal vehicles into the parking structure that houses ALL of the rental car places so it might be a little confusing. There are a lot of entrances that are blocked off so pay attention to the signs and don't drive your car over the road spikes. When you finally get inside, it's a little confusing on where to park because there are a ton of barriers and toll booths. Most of it is only one-way driving. There did end up being parking right outside of the Enterprise area but I have no idea how you actually drive there. At one point we tried calling the desk for directions but no one picked up. The inside where the counters are is actually really nice and modern. We went later at night so there was only one agent working there. The area there is pretty large and there's enough space to socially distance. The compact SUV that was booked online was somehow not available. The agent let us know that he had equivalent ones. This one actually turned out better as they wound up giving us a 2020 Mazda CX-3, AWD for that winter driving, with only 20km on it! It came complete with new car smell and was very clean on the inside. It also had some great features that were good for driving long distances with a digital infotainment system that can connect to your phone through Bluetooth/USB/etc. I'm not sure if all of their cars have these types of features in mind but definitely ask as they were super convenient. The entire process (minus finding out how to get there) took less than 10 minutes. Super easy process and so happy with the quality of the car that we got!

What's the point of making a reservation if it isn't honored? Leaving customers stranded in the middle of the night after confirming our booking is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to pay for a taxi to our hotel in the middle of the night because Enterprise failed to provide the car we had reserved. The customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no urgency or genuine effort to help. This experience caused unnecessary stress and extra expense after an exhausting day of travel. I will never book with Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.
