My name is Geraldine Patricia Gorman and you know how too get a hold of me cause you have my number. I will not remove my negative comments until you remove the $700 dollars you owe me back. I will be going too yelp, twitter, facebook and all social media too get my point across and lower your customer business. Will be filing a report with the better business if this is not resolved shortly and you do not contact me too discuse this issue ASAP! Never again will i ever be using Enterprise for a car rental again. Can not be trusted. Can not believe you literately took me again like last time. This is in disputes with the bank and you will not be getting your money and will have too give it back by the time i am finished. Totally disgusted with you! Terrible service and trying too make it better for me when i did not want your service. Told me everything was ok when i brought your cars back on my end! This was my second time with Enterprise and far the worst experience ever. Took my credit card and charged me for the rental before even getting a hold of my insurance company or the body shop too see if i was covered. Lied too me that the $200 first hold was removed for any parking tickets, violations etr etc and none so why are you charging me the extra $200? I want proof or you can not charge me the extra $200? Than too charge me the $500 for the rental? This needs too be resolved with you contacting the adjuster and the body shop and reinbursing my visa cause i did not autherise you too put any charges on my visa whatsoever without informing me first like you promised me in my conversation and assured me for holding propose only and we will call and tell you what will happen. I was told i was covered by the adjuster, appraiser and the body shop and put in a rental immediately. Enterprise spoke too me briefly and was suppose too get back too the body shop who took 18 days for repair when promised 3 days and told the body shop will pay too find out that Enterprise went behind my back. Did not call me back like they said they would and automatically charged $700 too my visa without informing me. Like i can afford this on low income. What is the purpose of high insurance rates for shitty service like Enterprise? After my conversation with a paralegal, Maybe it is time for small claims too get my visa reinburst by this company. I beat you once in court and you were made pay me back almost $1,000 maybe it is time too do it again too you knowing that you did not even contact me or the body shop like you claim you said you did? Note i have been in contact with the body shop and no contact from you occurred? Also when there at Enterprise i was asked if everything was ok when i look off at the location and who it was. I mentioned too the guy serving me that i do not want service from Enterprise and that i would like too be connected too another car rental place cause i did not want too be there with them or rent a car from them. But they went against my wishes and insisted things will be better this time around around and too give them a chance. ya right too screw me over all right! I should have went with my gut feeling about this. Claim i am denied due too being exhausted but no proof from the insurance company and charge me after the fact? If there was an issue, should you not contact me first and talk too me? Not go behind my back like you did? You have a choice too remove the $700 from my visa and go after the Car Star like I was told will be paying or i will be looking into further options knowing that you failed too give me request of not working with you and wanting too go somewhere else cause your the worst customer service i ever had in my life! Plus the cars were not the cleanest either. I wiped all the consoles off, cup holders of coffee spills and it is not from me cause i do not drink it and doors. The cars come back cleaner than when i got it. Than too say that the fuel was less than when i got, maybe if you sat in the car you would see it was right on the level of fuel you gave it too me on and not just look in on the angel and assume that it was not fueled with receipts shown. Told all was good again on my part. Never ever again after having too wait almost 40 minutes too be picked up cause my car was not complete. Word of mouth spreads around well and I will make sure i tell everybody the way i was treated and spoken too, dealt with by this Enterprise! Would like too resolve this issue and have this removed and you get the money from the body shop like Robert the manager said in front of me that the car rental and insurance company will be coming after them for payment but we will be putting it on your shoulders until we are forced too pay. Please do the right thing in the new year for what your doing too me is so unfair and not right. will never come back as a customer too Enterprise again!
